\u805a\u51dd\u80fa(Polybrene)\uff0c\u6216\u7a31\u70bahexadimethrine bromide\u3002\u4e00\u7a2ecationic polymer\u967d\u96e2\u5b50\u805a\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u5e38\u7528\u65bc\u54fa\u4e73\u52d5\u7269\u7d30\u80de\u4e4bDNA\u611f\u67d3\u5be6\u9a57\uff0c\u53ef\u589e\u5f37\u8102\u8cea\u9ad4\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u6548\u7387\u3002\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7528\u65bc\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u75c5\u6bd2\u4ecb\u5c0e\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u611f\u67d3retrovirus (cell culture)\uff0c\u6162\u75c5\u6bd2\u4ecb\u5c0e\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u4f5c\u7528\u6a5f\u5236\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u901a\u904eneutralizing the charge repulsion\u4e2d\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9762\u553e\u6db2\u9178\u8207\u75c5\u6bd2\u9846\u7c92\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u975c\u96fb\u6392\u65a5\u5f9e\u800c\u4fc3\u9032\u5438\u9644\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5176\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6709\u540d\u7684\u6297\u809d\u7d20\u5291\uff08\u809d\u7d20\u62ee\u6297\u5291\uff09\uff0c\u5e38\u7528\u4f86\u751f\u7522\u975e\u7279\u7570\u6027\u51dd\u96c6\u7684\u7d05\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u53e6\u5916\u4e5f\u591a\u7528\u65bc\u86cb\u767d\u6e2c\u5e8f(protein sequencing)\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5c0f\u5291\u91cf\u7684\u805a\u51dd\u80fa\u5728\u81ea\u52d5\u6e2c\u5e8f\u5206\u6790\u53ef\u660e\u986f\u6539\u5584\u591a\u80dc\u80bd\u7684\u964d\u89e3\u73fe\u8c61\u3002Polybrene A highly efficient method of gene transfer into mammalian cells is through infection with retroviral vectors. The efficiency of retroviral infection is enhanced significantly, 100 to 1,000 fold in some cells, by including polybrene during the infection.
