catalytic subunit\u4ee5\u53cap53\u6216RB siRNA\u5728\u4eba\u985e\u521d\u4ee3\u5375\u5de2\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u6703\u9020\u6210\u7d30\u80de\u4e0d\u673d\u5316\u3002\u904e\u5ea6\u8868\u73feRas\u6216Myc T58A
