\u5c0d\u65bc\u8cea\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u7528\u65bc\u901a\u904eDNA\u87a2\u5149\u67d3\u8272\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u57f9\u990a\u7269\u4e2d\u5b9a\u6027\u6aa2\u6e2cMycoplasma\u6c61\u67d3\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u55ae\u7368\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u6ed1\u584a\u5141\u8a31\u4e26\u6392\u6bd4\u8f032\u500b\u6b63\u5340\u548c2\u500b\u8ca0\u5340\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u9670\u6027\u5340\u542b\u6709\u672a\u67d3\u8272\u7684\uff0c\u56fa\u5b9a\u7684\u7121Mycoplasma\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u967d\u6027\u5340\u542b\u6709\u56fa\u5b9a\u7684\uff0c\u672a\u67d3\u8272\u7684Mycoplasma\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u8c6c\u80ba\u708e\u652f\u539f\u9ad4\u548c\u7cde\u8178\u7403\u83cc\u662f\u7d30\u80de\u57f9\u990a\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u5169\u7a2e\u5e38\u898b\u7684Mycoplasma\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff0c\u7528\u4f5c\u967d\u6027\u5c0d\u7167\u3002Five (5)\u00a0Control Slides<\/strong>\u00a0are provided with each order for in-house DNA fluorochrome staining. Each slide contains two negative and two positive mycoplasma controls, fixed and ready for staining. These Mycoplasma Quality Control slides are designed to verify the quality of reagents and staining method used in the technique of DNA fluorochrome staining for the detection of mycoplasma contamination.<\/p>\n

Intended Use:<\/h3>\n

For quality control use in the qualitative detection of mycoplasma contamination in cell cultures by DNA fluorochrome staining.<\/p>\n

Each individual control slide allows side by side comparison of 2 positive zones and 2 negative zones. \u00a0Each negative zone contains unstained, fixed mycoplasma-free cells. Each positive zone contains fixed, unstained mycoplasma infected cells.\u00a0\u00a0Mycoplasma hyorhinis<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Acholeplasma laidlawii,\u00a0<\/em>two common mycoplasmal contaminants of cell culture systems, serve as positive controls.

Zone 1<\/strong>\u00a0contains mycoplasma-free Vero cells (negative control);\u00a0Zone 2<\/strong>\u00a0contains Vero cells infected with\u00a0M. hyorhinis<\/em>\u00a0(positive control);\u00a0Zone 3<\/strong>\u00a0contains mycoplasma-free mouse\/mouse hybridoma cells (negative control);\u00a0Zone 4<\/strong>\u00a0contains mouse\/mouse hybridoma cells infected with\u00a0A. laidlawii\u00a0<\/em>(positive control).<\/p>\n

A control slide should be processed along with each cell culture sample batch to ensure the quality of reagents and staining technique.\u00a0 The use of Bionique’s \u00a0M-600 control slides<\/strong>provides convenience and eliminates the biohazard risk of maintaining viable mycoplasma stock in house for use as quality controls.<\/p>\n
