\u8461\u91a3\u919b\u9178\u8f49\u79fb\u9176\u87a2\u5149\u5206\u6790\u5957\u7d44\uff0c\u4ee5Fluorescence (Ex\/Em = 415\/502 nm) \u5075\u6e2c\uff1b\u5feb\u901f\u5f9e\u7d44\u7e54\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u88fd\u5099\u7684\u7d1a\u5206\u4e2d\u5929\u7136\/\u91cd\u7d44UGT\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u8a55\u4f30\u7be9\u9078\u85e5\u7269\u548c\u7528\u65bc\u8207\u5929\u7136\/\u91cd\u7d44UGT\u9176\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u65b0\u914d\u9ad4\uff1b\u8a72\u6e2c\u5b9a\u5229\u7528\u5177\u6709\u5927\u7684\u65af\u6258\u514b\u65af\u4f4d\u79fb\uff08Ex 502nm\uff09\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\u87a2\u5149\u7684UGT\u5e95\u7269\uff0c\u5176\u5141\u8a31\u901a\u904e\u8ddf\u8e2a\u7576\u5e95\u7269\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u975e\u87a2\u5149\u8461\u7cd6\u82f7\u9178\u6642\u87a2\u5149\u767c\u5c04\u7684\u4e0b\u964d\u4f86\u6e2c\u5b9aUGT\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u591a\u540c\u529f\u9176\u5e95\u7269\u901a\u904e\u5e7e\u4e4e\u6240\u6709\u85e5\u7406\u5b78\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u54fa\u4e73\u52d5\u7269UGT1A\u548cUGT2B\u9176\u88ab\u8461\u8404\u91a3\u919b\u9178\u5316\u3002\u901a\u904e\u6bd4\u8f03\u87a2\u5149\u640d\u5931\u8207\u5728\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u6240\u9700\u8f14\u56e0\u5b50UDPGA\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u9032\u884c\u7684\u5c0d\u7167\u53cd\u61c9\u4f86\u8a08\u7b97UGT\u6bd4\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u8a72\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u5305\u62ec\u5b54\u5f62\u6210\u80bd\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u963f\u62c9\u7f8e\u6c40\uff0c\u5176\u5141\u8a31UGT\u5e95\u7269\u548cUDPGA\u5feb\u901f\u64f4\u6563\u7a7f\u904e\u8102\u8cea\u819c\u4ee5\u9032\u5165\u4f4d\u65bc\u5fae\u7c92\u9ad4\u8154\u4e2d\u7684UGT\u6d3b\u6027\u4f4d\u9ede\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u9a57\u8b49\u6e2c\u8a66\u914d\u9ad4\u5c0dUGT\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u8abf\u7bc0\uff0c\u4e5f\u5305\u62ec\u96d9\u6c2f\u82ac\u9178\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6578\u4eba\u548c\u56d3\u9f52\u985eUGT\u540c\u529f\u9176\u7684\u7af6\u722d\u6027\u6291\u88fd\u5291\u3002\u8a72\u6e2c\u5b9a\u662f\u9ad8\u5ea6\u9748\u654f\u7684\uff0c\u57f7\u884c\u7c21\u55ae\u548c\u9ad8\u901a\u91cf\u9069\u61c9\u6027\u3002\u8a72\u6e2c\u5b9a\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u6aa2\u6e2c\u751f\u7269\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u5c0f\u65bc0.1mU\u7684UGT\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u8a72\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u542b\u6709\u8db3\u4ee5\u5728100\u03bcl\u53cd\u61c9\u9ad4\u7a4d\u4e0b\u9032\u884c100\u6b21\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u8a66\u5291\u7d44\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img UGT\u8ca0\u8cac\u7d55\u5927\u591a\u6578\u7684II\u671fbiotransformation\u751f\u7269\u8f49\u5316\uff08\u7db4\u5408\uff09\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u89aa\u6c34\u90e8\u5206\u9023\u63a5\u5230\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\u85e5\u7269\u548c\u5176\u5b83\u7570\u751f\u7269\u8cea\u4e0a\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u5b83\u5011\u5f9e\u9ad4\u5167\u5feb\u901f\u6392\u6cc4\u3002 UGT\u4e3b\u8981\u5728\u809d\uff0c\u8178\u548c\u814e\u4e2d\u8868\u9054\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5b83\u5011\u50ac\u5316\u5f9e\u6838\u82f7\u9178\u7cd6\u5c3f\u82f7-5&#8242;-\u4e8c\u78f7\u9178-\u03b1-D-\u8461\u91a3\u919b\u9178\uff08UDPGA\uff09\u5411\u89aa\u6838\u7fa5\u57fa\uff0c\u5df0\u57fa\u6216\u6c28\u57fa\u6dfb\u52a0\u8461\u91a3\u919b\u9178\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u85e5\u7406\u6d3b\u6027\u85e5\u7269\uff0cI\u671f\u85e5\u7269\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7269\u548c\u67d0\u4e9b\u5167\u6e90\u6027\u5e95\u7269\u5982\u985e\u56fa\u9187\u6fc0\u7d20\uff0c\u81bd\u6c41\u9178\u548c\u81bd\u7d05\u7d20\u3002 UGT\u5bb6\u65cf\u7684\u540c\u5de5\u9176\u5177\u6709\u6975\u5bec\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u91cd\u758a\u7684\u5e95\u7269\u7279\u7570\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u50be\u5411\u65bc\u5c0d\u5e95\u7269\u986f\u793a\u9069\u5ea6\u7684\u89aa\u548c\u529b\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u50ac\u5316\u8f49\u63db\u7387\u3002 UGT\u9084\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u201cfirst-pass\u9996\u904e\u201d\u524d\u7cfb\u7d71\u85e5\u7269\u4ee3\u8b1d\uff0c\u5176\u986f\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u8a31\u591a\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u53e3\u670d\u751f\u7269\u5229\u7528\u5ea6\u3002 BioVision\u7684UGT\u6d3b\u6027\u6e2c\u5b9a\/\u914d\u9ad4\u7be9\u9078\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u80fd\u5920\u5feb\u901f\u6e2c\u5b9a\u751f\u7269\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u5929\u7136\u6216\u91cd\u7d44UGT\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u5982\u809d\u5fae\u7c92\u9ad4\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u8a55\u4f30\u85e5\u7269\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u65b0\u5316\u5408\u7269\u5c0dUGT\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u85e5\u7269\u4ee3\u8b1d\u4ecb\u7d39<\/strong>:
