(Ex\/Em = 488\/532 nm)\u5075\u6e2c\uff1b\u5feb\u901f\u7be9\u9078MDR1\/P-gp Inhibitors\uff1b\u5305\u62ec\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44Inhibitor Control, Verapamil\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.biovision.com\/media\/catalog\/product\/cache\/1\/image\/650x\/040ec09b1e35df139433887a97daa66f\/k\/5\/k507-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7522\u54c1\u4ecb\u7d39<\/strong>: P-\u7cd6\u86cb\u767d\uff08P-gp\uff0c\u591a\u91cd\u8010\u85e5\u86cb\u767d1\uff08MDR1\uff09\uff0cEC 3.6.3.44\uff09\u662f\u8de8\u819c\u8f49\u904b\u86cb\u767d\u7684ATP\u7d50\u5408\u76d2\uff08ABC\uff09ATP\u9176\u8d85\u5bb6\u65cf\u7684\u6210\u54e1\u3002 P-gp\u5177\u6709\u6975\u5bec\u7684\u5e95\u7269\u7279\u7570\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u80fd\u5920\u8f49\u904b\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u4e2d\u6027\u548c\u9670\u96e2\u5b50\u89aa\u8102\u6027\u5206\u5b50\u3002 P-gp\u5f37\u70c8\u5f71\u97ff\u8a31\u591a\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u53e3\u670d\u5438\u6536\uff0c\u7d44\u7e54\u5206\u4f48\u548c\u6392\u6cc4\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u9632\u6b62\u67d0\u4e9b\u89aa\u8102\u6027\u85e5\u7269\u7a7f\u900f\u8840\u8166\u5c4f\u969c\u3002 P-gp\u7684\u904e\u8868\u9054\u8ce6\u4e88\u901a\u904e\u4e3b\u52d5\u5c07\u5b83\u5011\u6cf5\u51fa\u7d30\u80de\u5c0d\u5316\u5b78\u548c\u85e5\u7406\u5b78\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u6cbb\u7642\u85e5\u7269\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u591a\u67d4\u6bd4\u661f\uff0c\u9577\u6625\u65b0\u9e7c\u548c\u7d2b\u6749\u9187\uff09\u5177\u6709\u6297\u6027\u7684\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u3002 P-gp\u8868\u9054\u7684\u8a98\u5c0e\u662fTrea TM\u5931\u6557\u7684\u5e38\u898b\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u6b63\u5728\u7814\u7a76\u816b\u7624\u9776\u5411\u905e\u9001P-gp\u6291\u88fd\u5291\u4f5c\u70ba\u514b\u670d\u5316\u7642\u8010\u85e5\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u3002 BioVision\u7684MDR1 \/ P-gp\u914d\u9ad4\u7be9\u9078\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u8a2d\u8a08\u7528\u65bc\u5feb\u901f\u7be9\u9078\u6e2c\u8a66\u5316\u5408\u7269\u8abf\u7bc0MDR1\u8868\u9054\u7d30\u80de\u7cfb\u4e2d\u6d41\u51fa\u8f49\u904b\u86cb\u767d\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u8a72\u6e2c\u5b9a\u4f7f\u7528\u6613\u65bc\u64f4\u6563\u901a\u904e\u8cea\u819c\u7684\u89aa\u8102\u6027\u975e\u7192\u5149P-gp\u5e95\u7269\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5176\u901a\u904e\u80de\u8cea\u916f\u9176\u6c34\u89e3\u6210\u6d3b\u6027\u7192\u5149\u5718\u3002\u6240\u5f97\u89aa\u6c34\u6027\u7192\u5149\u5718\u65e2\u4e0d\u662f\u819c\u900f\u6027\u7684\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662fP-gp\u7684\u5e95\u7269\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5b83\u4fdd\u6301\u88ab\u6355\u7372\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u3002\u5728\u8868\u9054MDR1\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u7cfb\u4e2d\uff0c\u89aa\u8102\u6027\u524d\u7192\u5149\u5718\u901a\u904eP-gp\u5f9e\u7d30\u80de\u8cea\u6db2\u9023\u7e8c\u64e0\u51fa\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u4f4e\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u7192\u5149\u3002\u6e2c\u8a66\u5316\u5408\u7269\u5c0dP-gp\u4ecb\u5c0e\u7684\u6d41\u51fa\u7684\u6291\u5236\u5c0e\u81f4\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u7192\u5149\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u901a\u904e\u8207\u5728\u5b58\u5728\u548c\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u98fd\u548c\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7684\u6240\u5305\u542b\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u6027P-gp\u6291\u88fd\u5291\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u7d2f\u7a4d\u7684\u7192\u5149\u9032\u884c\u6bd4\u8f03\u4f86\u5b9a\u91cf\u6bd4\u8f49\u904b\u86cb\u767d\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u8a72\u6e2c\u5b9a\u662f\u9ad8\u5ea6\u654f\u611f\u7684\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u7121\u6d17\u6ecc\u65b9\u6848\u4e26\u4e14\u662f\u9ad8\u901a\u91cf\u9069\u61c9\u6027\u7684\u3002\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u542b\u6709\u8db3\u4ee5\u572896\u5b54\u677f\u5f62\u5f0f\u4e2d\u9032\u884c100\u500b\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u8a66\u5291\u7d44\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
