\u4eba\u8840\u6e05\u548c\u8840\u6f3f\u4e2d\u82f1\u592b\u5229\u6614\u55ae\u6297\u7684\u5b9a\u91cf\u6e2c\u5b9a\u3002Infliximab\u82f1\u592b\u5229\u6614\u55ae\u6297ELISA Kit\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2 (<\/u>\u9176\u806f\u514d\u75ab\u5438\u9644\u8a66\u9a57\u6cd5) <\/u>| \u8ca8\u865fK4256-100\uff0c\u5075\u6e2c\u7684\u9748\u654f\u5ea64.7 – 300 ng\/ml\uff1b\u53ef\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u8840\u6e05\u548c\u8840\u6f3f\u7b49\u6aa2\u9ad4\u3002ELISA\u539f\u7406\u70ba\u5229\u7528\u6297\u9ad4\u8207\u6297\u539f\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5c08\u4e00\u6027\uff0c\u505a\u70ba\u5b9a\u91cf\u6a19\u8a8c\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff1b\u7121\u8ad6\u6e2c\u91cf\u6297\u539f\u6216\u6e2c\u91cf\u6297\u9ad4\u90fd\u6709\u5f88\u9ad8\u7684\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u8ddf\u5c08\u4e00\u6027\u3002\u5075\u6e2c\u6ce2Absorbance (450 nm)\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7522\u54c1\u4ecb\u7d39<\/strong>:<\/strong> Infliximab\u82f1\u592b\u5229\u6614\u55ae\u6297\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6297\u816b\u7624\u58de\u6b7b\u56e0\u5b50\uff08TNF\uff09\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u6027\u5d4c\u5408\u55ae\u514b\u9686\u6297\u9ad4\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u98a8\u6fd5\u6027\u95dc\u7bc0\u708e\uff0c\u8178\u9053\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u76ae\u819a\u75c5\u548c\u764c\u75c7\u3002Infliximab\u82f1\u592b\u5229\u6614\u55ae\u6297\u85e5\u7269\u6291\u5236TNF\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u4e26\u6e1b\u5c11\u708e\u75c7\u4e26\u96a8\u5f8c\u6539\u5584\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u3002\u85e5\u7269\u6c34\u5e73\u91cf\u5316\u5c0d\u65bc\u9069\u61c9\u60a3\u8005\u8655\u65b9\u6216\u8f49\u63db\u5230\u66ff\u4ee3\u7684TNF\u6291\u88fd\u5291\u85e5\u7269\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u3002EMA\u751f\u7269\u5206\u6790\u65b9\u6cd5\u9a57\u8b49\u6307\u5357\u548c\u884c\u696d\u63a8\u85a6\u7684\u914d\u9ad4\u7d50\u5408\u5be6\u9a57\u7528\u65bc\u8a72\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u7684\u9a57\u8b49\u3002 BioVision\u7684Infliximab ELISA\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u5df2\u7d93\u958b\u9aee\u7528\u65bc\u4ee5\u9ad8\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u548c\u91cd\u73fe\u6027\u7279\u7570\u6027\u5b9a\u91cf\u4eba\u8840\u6e05\u6216\u8840\u6f3f\u4e2d\u7684\u82f1\u592b\u5229\u6614\u55ae\u6297\u6fc3\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
