623nm\uff09\u6216\u87a2\u5149\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\uff08FITC\u548cRhodamine\uff09\u96d9\u8272\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u53ef\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u54fa\u4e73\u52d5\u7269\u4e4b\u7d30\u80de\u57f9\u990a\uff08\u7c98\u9644\u548c\u61f8\u6d6e\uff09\u6216\u77f3\u881f\u5305\u57cb\u7d44\u7e54\u5207\u7247\u3002\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u5167\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u7d44\u4ef6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u967d\u6027\u548c\u9670\u6027\u5c0d\u7167\u7d30\u80de\u6216\u8f09\u73bb\u7247\uff0c\u65b9\u4fbf\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u57f9\u990a\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u7d44\u7e54\u5207\u7247\u4e2d\uff0c\u5224\u8b80DNA\u7247\u6bb5\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7522\u54c1\u4ecb\u7d39:\u00a0<\/strong>DNA\u7247\u6bb5\u5316\u70ba\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u7684\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u9805\u7279\u5fb5\u3002\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u6d3b\u5316\u5167\u751f\u6027\u7684\u5167\u5207\u9176\uff0c\u63a5\u8457\u5728\u6838\u5167\u5c07\u67d3\u8272\u8ceaDNA\u5207\u65b7\u6210\u4ee5180 bp\u70ba\u500d\u6578\u7684\u5c0f\u7247\u6bb5\uff08360\u3001540 etc.\uff09\u3002\u9019\u500b\u73fe\u8c61\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u4f8b\u5982DNA laddering assay\u3001TUNEL assay\u3001\u6216Nicoletti assay\u7528\u4f86\u5075\u6e2c\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u3002TUNEL assay\uff0c\u5168\u540d\u70baTerminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) dUTP nick end labeling assay\u3002\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u53d7\u5230\u5167\u5207\u9176\u9020\u6210\u7684DNA\u65b7\u88c2\u5f8c\uff0c\u5229\u7528TdT\u50ac\u5316\u4f7fBrdUTP\u80fd\u8207\u65b7\u88c2\u8655\u4e4b3\u2019-OH\u9032\u884c\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u5c07\u5e36\u6709\u87a2\u5149\u6a19\u5b9a\uff08\u5982\uff1aFITC\u7b49\uff09\u7684BrdU\u6297\u9ad4\u8207BrdUTP\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u89c0\u5bdf\u5176\u87a2\u5149\u5206\u4f48\u3002BioVision\u63d0\u4f9b\u56db\u7a2e\u4ee5TUNEL\u70ba\u539f\u7406\u4e4b\u539f\u4f4dDNA\u7247\u6bb5\u5316\u5206\u6790\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u3002\u6240\u6709\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u5167\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u7d44\u4ef6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u967d\u6027\u548c\u9670\u6027\u5c0d\u7167\u7d30\u80de\u6216\u8f09\u73bb\u7247\uff0c\u65b9\u4fbf\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u57f9\u990a\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u7d44\u7e54\u5207\u7247\u4e2d\uff0c\u5224\u8b80DNA\u7247\u6bb5\u3002\u53ef\u4ee5\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u5100\u6216\u87a2\u5149\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u89c0\u5bdf\u5be6\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\u3002<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img nm\uff09\u6216\u87a2\u5149\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u53ef\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u7d44\u7e54\u5207\u7247\u6216\u56fa\u5b9a\u4e4b\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u5167\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u7d44\u4ef6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u967d\u6027\u548c\u9670\u6027\u5c0d\u7167\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u65b9\u4fbf\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u57f9\u990a\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u7d44\u7e54\u5207\u7247\u4e2d\uff0c\u5224\u8b80DNA\u7247\u6bb5\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
