8-OHdG\uff08\u53c8\u7a318-oxo-dG\uff0c8-\u7fa5\u57fa\u53bb\u6c27\u9ce5\u82f7\uff09\u662f\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u7c07( ROS)\u81f4DNA\u6c27\u5316\u640d\u50b7\u7684\u7522\u7269, \u5be6\u9a57\u4e2d\u5e38\u7528\u4f5c\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6c27\u5316\u640d\u50b7\u3001DNA\u7a81\u8b8a\u7684\u6a19\u8a8c\u7269\u3002\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u5982\u7fa5\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u3001\u8d85\u6c27\u9670\u96e2\u5b50\u7b49\u653b\u64caDNA\u5206\u5b50\u4e2d\u7684\u9ce5\u560c\u5464\u583f\u57fa\u7b2c8\u4f4d\u78b3\u539f\u5b50\u6642, \u53ef\u751f\u6210\u6c27\u5316\u6027\u52a0\u5408\u72698-OHdG, \u5f9e\u800c\u4f7fDNA\u93c8\u7a7a\u9593\u7d50\u69cb\u6539\u8b8a\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u7a81\u8b8a\u96e3\u4ee5\u4fee\u5fa9\u6216\u4fee\u5fa9\u6975\u6162, \u5e38\u5e38\u662f\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u5f15\u8d77\u7a81\u8b8a\u3001\u8a98\u767c\u764c\u75c7\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u56e0\u6b64, 8-OHdG\u5df2\u88ab\u5ee3\u65bc\u5be6\u9a57\u548c\u81e8\u5e8a\u4e2d, \u53c3\u8207\u6c27\u5316\u61c9\u6fc0\u8207\u75c5\u8b8a\u7684\u6307\u6a19\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8207\u6a5f\u7406\u5206\u6790\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u7d30\u80de\u640d\u50b7\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5c08\u5bb6\u7f8e\u570bTrevigen\u63d0\u4f9b\u76848-OHdG\/8-oxo-dG\u6297\u9ad4\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u8a72Anti-8-oxo-dG Monoclonal Antibody (clone 2E2)\u6297\u9ad4\u70ba\u5c0f\u9f20\u55ae\u514b\u9686\u76848-OHdG\/8-oxo-dG\u6297\u9ad4\uff0c\u88fd\u5099\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u539f\u70ba\u7d93KLH\u5076\u806f\u76848-oxo-dG\uff0c\u7d93\u5c0f\u9f20\u55ae\u6297\u88fd\u5099\u4e26\u6700\u7d42\u7be9\u9078\u51fa\u9019\u6a23\u4e00\u682a\u514b\u9686\u865f\u70ba2E2\u7684\u55ae\u6297\uff0c\u8a72\u55ae\u6297\u7684\u4e9e\u578b\u70baIgG2b\u3002 \u5177\u6709\u975e\u5e38\u9ad8\u7684\u7279\u7570\u6027\uff0c\u53ef\u7279\u7570\u7684\u7d50\u5408DNA\u4e2d\u76848-\u7fa5\u57fa\u53bb\u6c27\u9ce5\u82f7\uff088-oxo-dG\uff09\u3002\u7d93\u9a57\u8b49\uff0c\u8a72\u6297\u9ad4\u4e5f\u7528\u65bcELISA\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\u5316\u5b78ICC\u4ee5\u53ca\u514d\u75ab\u7d44\u7e54\u5316\u5b78IHC\u7b49\uff0c\u5df2\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u65bc8-oxo-dG\u7684\u5b9a\u91cf\u4ee5\u53ca\u5b9a\u4f4d\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u6700\u901a\u7528\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u6aa2\u6e2cDNA\u640d\u50b7\u7684\u6307\u6a19\uff0c8\u7fa5\u57fa2\u53bb\u6c27\u9ce5\u82f7(8-oxo-dG)\u6297\u9ad4\u7528\u4f86\u6aa2\u6e2c\u708e\u75c7\uff0c\u81f4\u764c\u6027\uff0c\u8001\u5e74\u7661\u5446\uff0c\u8870\u8001\u6240\u7522\u751f\u6c27\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u3002\u63d0\u4f9b\u76848-OHdG\/8-oxo-dG\u55ae\u6297\u7522\u54c1\u70ba\u4ee550ul\u6db2\u9ad4\u5f62\u5f0f\uff08\u6548\u50f9\u8f03\u9ad8\uff0c\u5982ICC\u5be6\u9a57\u7684\u63a8\u85a6\u7a00\u91cb\u6bd4\u7387\u70ba1:250\uff09\uff0c\u6297\u9ad4\u6eb6\u89e3\u6db2\u88e1\u542b\u67090.01%\u7684\u758a\u6c2e\u5316\u9209\u4f5c\u70ba\u9632\u8150\u5291\u3002\u8a72\u6297\u9ad4\u53ef\u4f5c\u70baELISA\u6aa2\u6e2c\u4f7f\u7528\uff08Trevigen\u5546\u696d\u5316\u76848-OHdG\/8-oxo-dG\u00a0ELISA\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\uff09\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u6216\u8005\u7d44\u7e54\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u5316\u5b78\u548c\u514d\u75ab\u87a2\u5149\u5206\u6790\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
