\u80fd\u5920\u5e6b\u52a9\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u5feb\u901f\u4e14\u6709\u6548\u7387\u5730\u5f9e\u514d\u75ab\u96de\u7684\u86cb\u4e2d\u7d14\u5316\u96de\u6297\u9ad4 (IgY)\uff0c\u4e14\u4e0d\u6703\u640d\u5931\u6297\u9ad4\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u9078\u64c7\u96de\u4f86\u751f\u7522\u591a\u514b\u9686\u6297\u9ad4\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u512a\u9ede\u3002<\/span><span dir=\"auto\">\u4f7f\u7528\u6bcd\u96de\u7522\u86cb\u7684\u7f3a\u9ede\u662f\u96e3\u4ee5\u5f9e\u86cb\u9ec3\u7684\u8102\u8cea\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u7d14\u5316IgY\u3002IgY\u6297\u9ad4\u7d14\u5316\u8a66\u5291\u76d2 ( IgY EggsPress Purification Kit ) \u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u89e3\u6c7a\u9019\u500b\u554f\u984c\u3002\u6b64\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u4ee5\u5169\u6b65\u9a5f\u6c89\u6fb1\u6cd5\uff0d\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u53bb\u9664\u8102\u8cea\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b65\u6c89\u6fb1IgY\uff0d\u5373\u53ef\u7372\u5f97\u7d14\u5ea6\u905490%\u7684IgY\u7d44\u5206\u3002\u9810\u8a08\u6bcf\u6beb\u5347\u86cb\u9ec3\u53ef\u7d14\u5316\u51fa4\u81f37\u6beb\u514bIgY\u3002<\/span><span dir=\"auto\">\u53ea\u9700\u6309\u7167\u6297\u9ad4\u7d14\u5316\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u8aaa\u660e\u66f8\u64cd\u4f5c\u5373\u53ef\u3002\u6574\u500b\u904e\u7a0b\u5927\u7d04\u9700\u89814\u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u4f46\u5be6\u969b\u64cd\u4f5c\u6642\u9593\u50c5\u970030\u5206\u9418\u3002<\/span><span dir=\"auto\">\u7372\u5f97 IgY \u5f8c\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u50cf\u8655\u7406\u5176\u4ed6\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d\u4e00\u6a23\u8655\u7406\u5b83\u3002\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u5c0d\u6297\u9ad4\u9032\u884c\u6a19\u8a18\u6216\u89aa\u548c\u7d14\u5316\u3002\u64cd\u4f5c\u6b65\u9a5f\u8207\u8655\u7406\u5176\u4ed6\u6297\u9ad4\u7d44\u5206\u76f8\u540c\u3002\u8acb\u8a18\u4f4f\uff0cIgY \u4e0d\u8207\u86cb\u767d A\u3001\u86cb\u767d G \u6216\u86cb\u767d L \u7d50\u5408\uff01\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u5e0c\u671b\u5c07 IgY \u7528\u4f5c ELISA \u6aa2\u6e2c\u3001Western blot \u6216\u514d\u75ab\u67d3\u8272\u5be6\u9a57\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u6297\u3002\u6211\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u591a\u7a2e\u6a19\u8a18\u7684\u4e8c\u6297\uff08\u6297\u96de\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d\uff09\u548c\u6b63\u5e38\uff08\u514d\u75ab\u524d\uff09IgY\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img immunotech\u4f7f\u7528\u5169\u6b65\u9a5f\u6c89\u6fb1\uff08\u79fb\u9664\u8102\u8cea\uff0f\u6c89\u6fb1IgY\uff09\uff0c\u89e3\u6c7a\u4e0d\u6613\u5f9e\u86cb\u9ec3\u7684\u8102\u8cea\u74b0\u5883\u7d14\u5316IgY\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/li>\n<li>IgY EggsPress Purification Kit\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b\u7d14\u5ea690%\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684IgY\u7247\u6bb5\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u6bcf\u6beb\u5347\uff08ml\uff09\u86cb\u9ec3\u53ef\u7d14\u5316\u51fa4\uff0d7mg g IgY\uff0f\u6708\uff0c\u662f\u5154\u5b50\u768410-20\u500d\u591a\u3002\u4e14\u7522\u88fd\u901f\u5ea6\u6bd4\u8d77\u5154\u5b50\u5feb\u4e0a\u8a31\u591a\uff0c\u6700\u5feb25\u5929\u5373\u53ef\u53d6\u5f97\u9ad8\u529b\u50f9\uff08titer\uff09\u6297\u9ad4\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u96deIgY\u7684Fc
