assay\u81ea\u9ad4\u5438\u6536\u554f\u984c\u3002\u6b64\u5957\u7d44\u5229\u7528\u8840\u7ba1\u65b0\u751f\u8a66\u9a57\u7ba1(angioreactor)\uff0c\u5c07\u5f85\u6e2c\u85e5\u7269\u8207BME\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u586b\u81f3\u8a66\u9a57\u7ba1\uff0c\u4e26\u690d\u5165\u8001\u9f20\u9ad4\u5167\u9032\u884c\u8840\u7ba1\u65b0\u751f\u8a66\u9a57\u3002\u8207\u50b3\u7d71\u7684Matrigel plug\u65b9\u6cd5\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0cBME\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u4e0d\u6703\u88ab\u81ea\u9ad4\u5438\u6536\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u5b9a\u6027\u5916\u4ea6\u53ef\u540c\u6642\u5b9a\u91cf\u8840\u7ba1\u65b0\u751f\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u8a66\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\u518d\u73fe\u6027\u9ad8\u3001\u4eba\u70ba\u8aa4\u5dee\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5c0f\u7b49\u512a\u9ede\u662f\u505a\u6d3b\u9ad4\u8840\u7ba1\u65b0\u751f\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u9078\u64c7\u3002\u5be6\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\u5df2\u520a\u767b\u5728Cell\u3001American DIVAA\u4f53\u5185\u8840\u7ba1\u5f62\u6210\u5206\u6790\u7cfb\u7edf\" width=\"420\" height=\"256\" \/><strong>\u8840\u7ba1\u65b0\u751f\u4ecb\u7d39<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> \u8840\u7ba1\u751f\u6210\uff08Angiogenesis)\u662f\u6307\u7531\u5df2\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u8840\u7ba1\u7db2\u7684\u5167\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u5316\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u65b0\u7684\u8840\u7ba1\u3002\u8840\u7ba1\u751f\u6210\u904e\u7a0b\uff1a\u5305\u62ec\u8840\u7ba1\u5167\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u9077\u79fb\u548c\u589e\u6b96\u3001\u8840\u7ba1 \u57fa\u5e95\u819c\u7684\u964d\u89e3\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u6eb6\u89e3\u9176\u7684\u8868\u9054\u53ca\u5176\u5c0d\u7d30\u80de\u5916\u57fa\u8cea\u7684\u964d\u89e3\u3001\u65b0\u5f62\u6210\u7d30\u80de\u5916\u57fa\u8cea\u7684\u91cd\u6392\u548c\u5167\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u8840\u7ba1\u58c1\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u3002\u8840\u7ba1\u751f\u6210\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u5305\u62ec\u4e86\uff0c\u5728\u5408\u9069\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u5167\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u901a\u904e\u81ea\u6211\u7d44\u88dd\u80fd\u5f62\u6210\u5fae\u8840\u7ba1\u6216\u5c0f\u7ba1\u72c0\u7d50\u69cb\u3002\u6297\u8840\u7ba1\u751f\u6210\u5df2\u7d93\u6210\u70ba\u6cbb\u7642\u816b\u7624\u8f49\u79fb\u3001\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u8996\u7db2\u819c\u75c5\u8b8a\u3001\u98a8\u6fd5\u6027\u95dc\u7bc0\u708e\u7b49\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7b56\u7565\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trevigen<\/strong><strong>\u5c08\u5229\u7684DIVAA\u7522\u54c1<\/strong>: \u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u7528\u65bc\u9ad4\u5167\u5b9a\u91cf\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8840\u7ba1\u767c\u751f\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u5be6\u9a57\u5177\u6709\u53ef\u91cd\u8907\u6027\u3002\u5c07\u542b\u670920 \u03bcl Trevigen&#8217;s basement membrane extract (BME)\u7684\u53ef\u79fb\u690d\u77fd\u6a39\u8102\u67f1\uff08\u8840\u7ba1\u53cd\u61c9\u5668\u3001angioreactors\uff0c\u4e26\u6839\u64da\u7814\u7a76\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5165\u6216\u4e0d\u52a0\u5165\u8840\u7ba1\u751f\u6210\u8abf\u7bc0\u56e0\u6578\uff09\uff0c\u690d\u5165\u88f8\u9f20\u76ae\u4e0b\u3002\u79fb\u690d\u5f8c9\u5929\uff0c\u8840\u7ba1\u5167\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u9577\u5165BME\uff0c\u4e26\u751f\u6210\u8840\u7ba1\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u53ef\u6839\u64da\u5be6\u9a57\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u5728BME\u4e2d\u52a0\u5165\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u8840\u7ba1\u751f\u6210\u8abf\u7bc0\u56e0\u6578\uff08\u4fc3\u9032\u6216\u6291\u5236\u8840\u7ba1\u767c\u751f\u56e0\u6578\uff1a\u5982FGF-2\u3001VEGF\u3001MMP2\u3001 adrenomedullin\u3001TIMP-2\u548cCD97\u7b49\uff09\u89c0\u5bdf\u5176\u5c0d\u9ad4\u5167\u8840\u7ba1\u767c\u751f\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002DIVAA\u53ef\u70ba\u9ad4\u5167\u8840\u7ba1\u751f\u6210\u7684\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u548c\u53ef\u5b9a\u91cf\u5206\u6790\u63d0\u4f9b\u6a19\u6e96\u5316\u6aa2\u6e2c\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u8840\u7ba1\u53cd\u61c9\u5668\u907f\u514d\u4e86\u7531\u65bc\u5c0f\u9f20\u57fa\u5e95\u819c\u63d0\u53d6\u7269\u5438\u6536\u503c\u7522\u751f\u7684\u932f\u8aa4\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8840\u7ba1\u53cd\u61c9\u5668\u50c5\u9700\u5c11\u91cf\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u7bc0\u7701\u4e86BME\u548c\u6e2c\u8a66\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u6bcf\u53ea\u5c0f\u9f20\u9ad4\u5167\u53ef\u4ee5
