Captopril\u662f\u8840\u7ba1\u7dca\u5f35\u7d20\u8f49\u5316\u9176\uff08ACE\uff09\u6291\u5236\u5291\uff08IC 50= 0.022\u03bcM\uff09\u3002\u4e5f\u6291\u5236bifunctional Zn2+-containing leukotriene A4\u53ef\u9006\u5730\u8207\u7af6\u722d\u6027\u6c34\u89e3\/\u6c28\uff08LTA4\u6c34\u89e3\u9176\uff09\uff08Ki =6.0\u03bcM or leukotriene B4> formation and Ki = 60 nM for L-lysine-p-nitroanilide)\u3002\u9ad4\u5167\u986f\u793a\u8840\u7ba1\u8212\u5f35\u548c\u6297\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u81e8\u5e8a\u4e0a\u6709\u7528\u7684\u6297\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u85e5\u7269<\/p>\n

Captopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor (IC\u2085\u2080 = 0.022 \u03bcM). Also inhibits the bifunctional Zn2+-containing leukotriene A4 hydrolase\/aminopeptidase (LTA4 hydrolase) reversibly and competitively (Ki = 6.0 \u03bcM for leukotriene B4> formation and Ki = 60 nM for L-lysine-p-nitroanilide). Displays vasodilatory and antihypertensive effects in vivo. Clinically useful antihypertensive agent.<\/p>\n
