\u9ad8\u5ea6\u6709\u6548\u4e4b\u9078\u64c7\u602717-\u03b2\u7fa5\u57fa\u985e\u56fa\u9187\u812b\u6c2b\u9176AKR1C3\u6291\u5236\u5291 (type 5)\u3002\uff08IC 50= 88 nM\uff09\u3002\u5728\u5168\u8840\u6aa2\u6e2c10\u00b5M\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u4e0d\u5177\u4efb\u4f55COX\uff08\u74b0\u6c27\u5316\u9176\uff09\u7684\u6291\u5236\u4f5c\u7528\u3002A highly potent and selective inhibitor of the type 5 17-\u03b2-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase AKR1C3 (IC\u2085\u2080 = 88 nM). Displays >100-fold selectivity against AKR1C1, AKR1C2 and AKR1C4. Does not display any COX (cyclooxygenase) inhibition at 10 \u00b5M in whole blood assay.<\/p>\n
