PFA\uff09\u56fa\u5b9a\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u9700\u8981\u900f\u5316\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u4f7f\u7528Triton X-100\u6216\u6d0b\u5730\u9ec3\u7682\u82f7(digitonin)\u3002\u4f46\u900f\u5316\u8655\u7406\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5f71\u97ffDiO\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u4e0a\u7684\u5b9a\u4f4d\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cDiO\u9084\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u5176\u4ed6\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7d30\u80de\u878d\u5408(cell-cell fusion)\u548c\u9ecf\u9644(adhesion)\u3001\u8ffd\u8e64\u7d30\u80de\u9077\u79fb(tracking cell migration)\u4ee5\u53ca\u6a19\u8a18\u8102\u86cb\u767d(labeling
