for type 1 diabetes animal models<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u93c8\u8132\u4f50\u83cc\u7d20\uff08Streptozotocin, #CAS 18883-66-4\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5929\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u4e9e\u785d\u57fa\u8132\u985e\u6297\u751f\u7d20(nitrosourea antibiotic)\uff0c\u56e0\u5176\u5728\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u7684\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u800c\u5099\u53d7\u8a8d\u53ef\u3002\u93c8\u8132\u4f50\u83cc\u7d20(Streptozotocin)\u4e3b\u8981\u4f5c\u70baDNA\u70f7\u57fa\u5316\u5291(DNA-alkylating agent)\u767c\u63ee\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u5176\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u8f49\u904b\u86cb\u767dGLUT2( glucose transporter
