)\u3001\u5747\u8cea(homogenization)\u4e09\u7a2e\u529f\u80fd\u65bc\u4e00\u9ad4\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u5747\u8cea\u6a5f\u3002\u5b83\u900f\u904e\u7814\u78e8\u73e0\uff08\u73bb\u7483\u73e0\u3001\u9676\u74f7\u73e0\u3001\u92fc\u7403\u7b49\uff09\u7684\u4e09\u7dad\u9ad8\u901f\u632f\u52d5\u548c\u6572\u6253\uff0c\u9054\u5230\u5c0d\u6a23\u54c1\u9032\u884c\u7814\u78e8(grinding)\u3001\u88c2\u89e3(lysis )\u3001\u5747\u8cea(homogenization)\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u3002\u5c0d\u5404\u7a2e\u6a23\u672c\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u96e3\u4ee5\u88c2\u89e3\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u771f\u83cc\u7b49\u6a23\u54c1\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u5b62\u5b50\u3001\u6bdb\u9aee\u3001\u9aa8\u9abc\u3001\u7cde\u4fbf\u3001\u571f\u58e4\u7b49\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u914d\u5408\u8403\u53d6\u76f8\u95dc\u8a66\u5291\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u9ad8\u6548\u3001\u7a69\u5b9a\u3001\u6279\u91cf\u7684\u8403\u53d6\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2dDNA\/RNA\/\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7b49\uff0c\u4e26\u4fdd\u7559\u9019\u4e9b\u751f\u7269\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\uff09\u9032\u884c\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u6709\u6548\u4e14\u53ef\u91cd\u8907\u7684\u5747\u8cea\u5316\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u9084\u5177\u6709\u975e\u51e1\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8655\u7406\u8010\u885d\u64ca\u7684\u6a23\u54c1\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u9aa8\u9abc\u6216\u8edf\u9aa8\u3002 Bioprep-6 \u662f\u5f9e\u975e\u5e38\u5805\u786c\u7684\u6a23\u672c\u4e2d\u91cb\u653e DNA\u3001RNA\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3001\u9175\u7d20\u7b49\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4ecd\u4fdd\u6301\u5206\u5b50\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img \/><\/p>\n<p>Bioprep\u7cfb\u5217\u751f\u7269\u6a23\u54c1\u5747\u8cea\u6a5f\u662f\u4e00\u6b3e\u96c6\u96c6\u7814\u78e8(grinding)\u3001\u88c2\u89e3(lysis )\u3001\u5747\u8cea(homogenization)\u4e09\u7a2e\u529f\u80fd\u65bc\u4e00\u9ad4\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u5747\u8cea\u6a5f\u3002\u5b83\u900f\u904e\u7814\u78e8\u73e0\uff08\u73bb\u7483\u73e0\u3001\u9676\u74f7\u73e0\u3001\u92fc\u7403\u7b49\uff09\u7684\u4e09\u7dad\u9ad8\u901f\u632f\u52d5\u548c\u6572\u6253\uff0c\u9054\u5230\u5c0d\u6a23\u54c1\u9032\u884c\u7814\u78e8\u3001\u88c2\u89e3\u3001\u5747\u8cea\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u3002\u5c0d\u5404\u7a2e\u6a23\u672c\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u96e3\u4ee5\u88c2\u89e3\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u548c\u7d30\u80de\uff09\u9032\u884c\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u6709\u6548\u4e14\u53ef\u91cd\u8907\u7684\u5747\u8cea\u5316\u3002Bioprep-24 \u662f\u60a8\u7684\u6a23\u54c1\u88fd\u5099\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u88c2\u89e3\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u53ef\u9760\u3001\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u9ad8\u901a\u91cf\u7684\u5747\u8cea\u6a5f\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u5f9e\u52d5\u7269\u3001\u4eba\u985e\u548c\u690d\u7269\u7d44\u7e54\u3001\u5fae\u751f\u7269(micro-organisms)\u3001\u5b62\u5b50(spores)\u3001\u9aa8\u9abc(bones)\u7b49\u4e2d\u63d0\u53d6 E21PREP-CB24R<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>PREP-CB24R\u51b7\u51cd\u751f\u7269\u6a23\u54c1\u5747\u8cea\u6a5f\u662f\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u67d4\u8edf\u6216\u654f\u611f\u7684\u5206\u6790\u6a23\u54c1, \u5728\u5e38\u6eab\u60c5\u6cc1\u9032\u884c\u7814\u78e8\u6642\uff0c\u5176\u90e8\u5206\u6d3b\u6027\u6210\u5206\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u4e0d\u540c\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u800c\u51b7\u51cd\u4f4e\u6eab\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u6548\u7684\u9632\u6b62\u9019\u7a2e\u73fe\u8c61\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u4ee5\u51b7\u537b\u6280\u8853\u4fdd\u5b58\u6a23\u54c1\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u3002\u4e26\u4e14\u6a23\u54c1\u5728\u4f4e\u6eab\u4e0b\u8106\u5ea6\u6703\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u7814\u78e8, \u80fd\u5927\u5e45\u5ea6\u7e2e\u77ed\u7684\u7814\u78e8\u6642\u9593\u3002\u4e26\u4e14\u5728\u4f4e\u6eab\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u548c\u7d44\u6210\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5f97\u4ee5\u6548\u4fdd\u7559\u3002\u7279\u5225\u662f\u5728\u8403\u53d6\u6838\u7cd6\u6838\u9178(RNA)\u3001\u53bb\u6c27\u6838\u7cd6\u6838\u9178(DNA)\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6d3b\u6027\u6e2c\u5b9a\u7b49\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u51b7\u51cd\u751f\u7269\u6a23\u54c1\u5747\u8cea\u5100\u5c24\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u53ef\u4ee5\u5747\u8cea\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u6a23\u54c1\uff0c\u4e26\u4fdd\u7559\u751f\u7269\u5206\u5b50\uff08DNA\u3001RNA\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff09\u548c\u85e5\u7269\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u3002\u53ef\u540c\u6642\u8655\u740624\u500b2ml\u6a23\u54c1\/12\u500b5ml\u6a23\u54c1\u91dd\u5c0d\u4e0d\u540c\u6a23\u54c1\u53ef\u9078\u64c7\u4e0d\u540c\u6750\u8cea\u7684\u7814\u78e8\u73e0\u548c\u5c0d\u61c9\u7684\u7a0b\u5f0f\u3001\u7cbe\u78ba\u8a2d\u5b9a\u5747\u8cea\u6642\u9593\u548c\u904b\u884c\u901f\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u5b58\u513250\u500b\u7a0b\u5f0f\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u6a23\u54c1\u4f7f\u7528\u4e00\u500b\u55ae\u7368\u7684\u7834\u788e\u7ba1\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u4ea4\u53c9\u6c61\u67d3\u3002\u591a\u7a2e\u6750\u6599\u548c\u76f4\u5f91\u7684\u7814\u78e8\u73e0\u53ef\u9078\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u4e0d\u540c\u985e\u578b\u7684\u6a23\u54c1\u3002\u7701\u6642\u7701\u529b\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6279\u6b21\u9593\u3001\u6279\u6b21\u5167\u5dee\u7570\u66f4\u5c0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1.
