FITC-UEA-I \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u87a2\u5149\u6a19\u8a18\u7684\u51dd\u96c6\u7d20\uff0c\u53ef\u7279\u7570\u6027\u7d50\u5408 H \u8840\u578b\u548c \u03b1 \u9023\u63a5\u5ca9\u85fb\u7cd6\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u5e38\u7528\u65bc\u8840\u578b\u5206\u578b\u3001\u5167\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u6a19\u8a18\u548c\u91a3\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u834a\u8c46\u51dd\u96c6\u7d20 (Ulex Europaeus Agglutinin, UEA) \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u4ee5\u6297 H \u8840\u578b\u7279\u7570\u6027(anti-H blood group specificity) \u800c\u805e\u540d\u7684\u690d\u7269\u51dd\u96c6\u7d20(aggregates)\u3002\u6b64\u51dd\u96c6\u7d20\u4e3b\u8981\u6709\u5169\u7a2e\uff1aUEA I \u7279\u7570\u6027\u7d50\u5408 L-\u5ca9\u85fb\u7cd6\uff0c\u800c UEA II \u5247\u8207 N,N\u2032-\u4e8c\u4e59\u91af\u6bbc\u4e8c\u7cd6\u7d50\u5408\u3002\u95dc\u65bc UEA I \u7684\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\uff0c\u521d\u6b65\u7814\u7a76\u5831\u544a\u5176\u70ba 170 kDa\uff0c\u4f46\u5f8c\u7e8c\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793a UEA I \u5728\u4e2d\u6027\u6216\u9e7c\u6027 pH \u4e0b\u53ef\u80fd\u5f62\u6210\u805a\u96c6\u9ad4(aggregates)\uff0c\u5176\u6e96\u78ba\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u70ba 68 kDa\u3002\u672c\u7522\u54c1\u70ba\u7570\u786b\u6c30\u9178\u87a2\u5149\u7d20 (fluorescein isothiocyanate , FITC) \u6a19\u8a18\u7684\u834a\u8c46\u51dd\u96c6\u7d20 I (Ulex Europaeus Agglutinin I , UEA I)\uff0c\u7a31\u70ba FITC-UEA-I\u3002\u6b64\u7d50\u5408\u7269\u7d93\u89aa\u548c\u5c64\u6790\u7d14\u5316\uff0c\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u512a\u7570\u7684\u87a2\u5149\u6027\u8cea\uff0c\u5176\u6700\u5927\u6fc0\u767c\u6ce2\u9577 (Ex) \u7d04\u70ba 494 nm\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u767c\u5c04\u6ce2\u9577 (Em) \u7d04\u70ba 520 nm\u3002FITC-UEA-I \u53ef\u7279\u7570\u6027\u7d50\u5408\u591a\u7a2e\u542b\u6709 \u03b1 \u9023\u63a5\u5ca9\u85fb\u7cd6\u6b98\u57fa\u7684\u91a3\u86cb\u767d\u548c\u91a3\u8102\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982 ABO \u8840\u578b\u7cd6\u8907\u5408\u7269\u3002\u5b83\u512a\u5148\u8207 O \u578b\u8840\u7403\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5e38\u7528\u65bc\u8840\u578b\u5206\u578b\u548c\u5206\u6ccc\u72c0\u614b\u6e2c\u5b9a\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cFITC-UEA-I \u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u4eba\u985e\u5167\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u512a\u826f\u6a19\u8a18\u7269\u3002\u6b64\u8907\u5408\u7269\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u5404\u7a2e\u751f\u7269\u548c\u91ab\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u514d\u75ab\u7d44\u7e54\u5316\u5b78 (IHC)\/\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\u5316\u5b78 (ICC)\u3001\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u5100\u3001\u5370\u8de1\u61c9\u7528\u3001ELISA \u548c\u57fa\u790e\u7cd6\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u5b83\u4e5f\u88ab\u5217\u70ba\u591a\u7a2e\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u751f\u7269\u6a19\u8a18\u7269\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u751f\u6b96\u6ccc\u5c3f\u9053\u764c( genitourinary tract cancer)\u3001\u5b50\u5bae\u5167\u819c\u764c(endometrial carcinoma)\u548c\u80ba\u764c(lung cancer)\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
