It consists of a ceramide moiety linked via a phosphodiester bond to phosphorylcholine. Sphingomyelinases are a family of enzymes that can hydrolyze sphingomyelin into ceramide and phosphorylcholine (see Figure 1).1 Ceramides have been implicated as key mediators in signaling pathways, with outcomes as diverse as cell proliferation, differentiation, growth arrest, and apoptosis.1,2 An inherited deficiency of acid sphingomyelinase activity results in the sphingomyelin storage disorder Niemann-Pick disease.3 This disease results in the accumulation of sphinogmyelin in cells, tissues, and fluids. Since sphingomyelin has been implicated in the pathogenesis of several diseases, including atherosclerosis, sensitive and reliable techniques for its quantification are of considerable importance<\/p>\n<p>\u9798\u78f7\u8102(Sphingomyelin)\uff08ceramide phosphorylcholine, \u795e\u7d93\u91af\u80fa\u78f7\u9178\u81bd\u9e7c\uff09\u662f\u7d30\u80de\u819c(cell membranes)\u548c\u8102\u86cb\u767d( lipoproteins)\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8102\u8cea\u7d44\u6210\u3002\u5b83\u7531\u901a\u904e\u78f7\u9178\u4e8c\u916f\u9375(phosphodiester bond )\u8207\u78f7\u9178\u81bd\u9e7c\u9023\u63a5\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u9170\u80fa\u90e8\u5206\u7d44\u6210\u3002\u9798\u78f7\u8102\u9176\u662f\u4e00\u985e\u9176\uff0c\u53ef\u5c07\u9798\u78f7\u8102\u6c34\u89e3\u6210\u795e\u7d93\u91af\u80fa\u548c\u78f7\u9178\u81bd\u9e7c\uff08\u898b\u57161\uff09\u3002\u795e\u7d93\u91af\u80fa(Ceramides)\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u8a0a\u865f\u901a\u8def\u4e2d\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u4ecb\u8cea\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7d30\u80de\u589e\u6b96(cell proliferation)\u3001\u5206\u5316(differentiation)\u3001\u751f\u9577\u505c\u6eef( growth arrest)\u548c\u51cb\u4ea1(apoptosis) \u3002\u7531\u65bc\u9798\u78f7\u8102\u8207\u5305\u62ec\u52d5\u8108\u7ca5\u72c0\u786c\u5316(atherosclerosis) \u5728\u5167\u7684\u591a\u7a2e\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u767c\u75c5\u6a5f\u5236\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9748\u654f\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u5b9a\u91cf\u6280\u8853\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #800080;\"><strong>\u6aa2\u6e2c\u539f\u7406<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u9798\u78f7\u8102\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2(The Sphingomyelin Assay Kit) \u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u7279\u7570\u6027\u3001\u9748\u654f\u4e14\u65b9\u4fbf\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u4f86\u5b9a\u91cf\u8840\u6f3f\u6216\u8840\u6e05\u4e2d\u7684\u9798\u78f7\u8102\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u6e2c\u5b9a\u4e2d\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u4f7f\u7528\u9798\u78f7\u8102\u9176(sphingomyelinase)\u5c07\u9798\u78f7\u8102(sphingomyelin )\u6c34\u89e3\u70ba\u78f7\u9178\u81bd\u9e7c(phosphorylcholine)\u548c\u795e\u7d93\u91af\u80fa(ceramide)\u3002\u7136\u5f8c\u9e7c\u6027\u78f7\u9178\u9176\u5f9e\u78f7\u9178\u81bd\u9e7c\u7522\u751f\u81bd\u9e7c\uff0c\u65b0\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u81bd\u9e7c\u7528\u65bc\u5728\u81bd\u9e7c\u6c27\u5316\u9176\u50ac\u5316\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\u4e2d\u7522\u751f\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u6c2b\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ee5\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u9176\u70ba\u50ac\u5316\u5291\uff0c\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u6c2b\u8207 DAOS \u548c 4-\u6c28\u57fa\u5b89\u66ff\u6bd4\u6797\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u7522\u751f\u85cd\u8272\uff0c\u5728 595 nm \u8655\u6709\u6700\u4f73\u5438\u6536\uff08\u898b\u5716 2\uff09\u3002<span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"zh-TW\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/biopioneer.com.tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/downloads\/2024\/08\/3-%E9%9E%98%E7%A3%B7%E8%84%82%E6%B8%AC%E5%AE%9A%E8%A9%A6%E5%8A%91%E7%9B%92Sphingomyelin-Assay-Kit-%E8%B2%A8%E8%99%9FAbnova%E2%84%A2KA1373.png\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Figure 1.
