DPPH\u81ea\u7531\u57fa(DPPH free radical )\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u975e\u5e38\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u4ee5\u6c2e\u70ba\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u6a23\u54c1\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6307\u6a19\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u98df\u54c1(antioxidant foods)\u3001\u4fdd\u5065\u54c1(health products)\u548c\u85e5\u54c1(pharmaceuticals)\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u3002DPPH\u81ea\u7531\u57fa(DPPH free radical )\u5177\u6709\u55ae\u96fb\u5b50\uff0c\u5176\u9187\u6eb6\u6db2\u5448\u7d2b\u8272\uff0c\u5728515 nm\u8655\u6709\u5f37\u5438\u6536\u3002\u7576\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5291\u5b58\u5728\u6642\uff0cDPPH\u81ea\u7531\u57fa(DPPH free radical )\u88ab\u6e05\u9664\uff0c\u6eb6\u6db2\u984f\u8272\u8b8a\u6dfa\uff0c515 nm\u8655\u7684\u5438\u5149\u5ea6\u964d\u4f4e\u3002\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\uff0c\u5438\u5149\u5ea6\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u8207\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u6e05\u9664\u7a0b\u5ea6\u6210\u6b63\u6bd4\u3002\u5728\u8a72\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u4e2d\uff0c\u6a23\u54c1\u53bb\u9664DPPH\u81ea\u7531\u57fa(remove DPPH free radicals )\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u662f\u901a\u904e\u5438\u5149\u5ea6\u4e0b\u964d\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4f86\u53cd\u6620\u7684\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\nExtract solution:<\/strong> Liquid 80mL\u00d71. Storage at 4C.
\nReagent I:<\/strong> Absolute ethanol 30mL\u00d71. Self-provided reagent
\nReagent \u2161 :<\/strong> Powder\u00d71. Storage at 4C. (0.6 mL EP tube placed in 8 mL reagent bottle).
\nAdd 4.05 mL of reagent I before use to shake and dissolve. Unused reagents can be stored at -20C for one month. It is recommended to store them separately; According to the required amount of the test sample to prepare Working solution: reagent II: reagent I (V: V) =4:21. The unused working solution can be stored at 4C for a week; The working fluid needs to be temporarily prepared before use .
\nReagent III:<\/strong> Powder\u00d71, Storage at 4C. Add 1mL extract solution before use to prepare 10mg\/mL positive control tube.<\/p>\n
