(Myeloperoxidase, MPO) \u7684\u7368\u7279\u6d3b\u6027\u662f\u5b83\u80fd\u5920\u4f7f\u7528\u6c2f\u5316\u7269\u4f5c\u70ba\u8207\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u6c2b (H2O2) \u5171\u5e95\u7269\uff0c\u751f\u6210\u6c2f\u5316\u6c27\u5316\u5291\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6b21\u6c2f\u9178\uff08\u4e00\u7a2e\u6709\u6548\u7684\u6297\u83cc\u5291\uff09\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u6709\u8b49\u64da\u8868\u660e acid)\u3002\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u4f8b\u5916\u662f\u55dc\u9178\u6027\u7c92\u7d30\u80de\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u9176(eosinophil peroxidase )\uff0c\u5b83\u5728 pH \u503c\u4f4e\u65bc 5 \u6642\u7522\u751f\u6b21\u6c2f\u9178\u3002MPO \u7684\u6c2f\u5316\u6d3b\u6027(chlorination activity)\u5177\u6709\u4e2d\u6027 pH \u6700\u4f73\u503c\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u53ef\u4ee5\u8a2d\u7f6e\u6e2c\u5b9a\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u50c5\u5c08\u9580\u6e2c\u91cf MPO \u6d3b\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" (APF)\uff0c\u9078\u64c7\u6027\u88ab\u6b21\u6c2f\u9178\u9e7d (-OCl) \u88c2\u89e3\uff0c\u7522\u751f\u9ad8\u87a2\u5149\u5316\u5408\u7269\u87a2\u5149\u7d20\uff08\u898b\u5716 1\uff097\u3002\u4f7f\u7528 480-490 nm \u7684\u6fc0\u767c\u6ce2\u9577\u548c\u767c\u5c04\u6ce2\u9577\u5206\u6790\u87a2\u5149\u7d20\u87a2\u5149\u6ce2\u9577515-520 nm\u3002\u8a72\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u5305\u62ec MPO
