TGF beta 1\u63a7\u5236\u591a\u7a2e\u7d30\u80de\u985e\u578b\u7684\u589e\u6b96(proliferation)\u3001\u5206\u5316(differentiation)\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u7d30\u80de\u5408\u6210 TGFB1 \u4e26\u5177\u6709\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u53d7\u9ad4(specific receptors)\u3002\u5b83\u5c0d\u8a31\u591a\u5176\u4ed6\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50\u6709\u7a4d\u6975\u548c\u6d88\u6975\u7684\u8abf\u7bc0\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5b83\u5728\u9aa8\u91cd\u5851(bone remodeling)\u4e2d\u767c\u63ee\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5b83\u662f\u6210\u9aa8\u7d30\u80de\u9aa8\u5f62\u6210(osteoblastic bone formation)\u7684\u6709\u6548\u523a\u6fc0\u5291\uff0c\u5f15\u8d77\u5b9a\u578b\u6210\u9aa8\u7d30\u80de(osteoblasts)\u7684\u8da8\u5316\u6027(chemotaxis)\u3001\u589e\u6b96( proliferation )\u548c\u5206\u5316(differentiation)\u3002\u7d44\u7e54\u7279\u7570\u6027(Tissue specificity)\u5728\u9aa8\u4e2d\u9ad8\u8868\u9054\u3002\u5728\u95dc\u7bc0\u8edf\u9aa8(articular cartilage)\u548c\u8edf\u9aa8\u7d30\u80de(chondrocytes)\u4e2d\u5927\u91cf\u8868\u9054\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5728\u9aa8\u95dc\u7bc0\u708e (osteoarthritis\uff0cOA) \u4e2d\u8868\u9054\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u8207 ASPN \u5171\u5b9a\u4f4d\u65bc\u95dc\u7bc0\u8edf\u9aa8 OA \u75c5\u8b8a\u5167\u7684\u8edf\u9aa8\u7d30\u80de(articular cartilage)\u4e2d\u3002\u53c3\u8207\u75be\u75c5TGFB1 \u7f3a\u9677\u662f\u5361\u7a46\u62c9\u8482-\u6069\u683c\u723e\u66fc\u75c5 ( Camurati-Engelmann disease\uff0c CE) [MIM:131300] \u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff1b\u4e5f\u7a31\u70ba\u9032\u884c\u6027\u9aa8\u5e79\u767c\u80b2\u4e0d\u826f 1 (DPD1)\u3002 CE(Camurati-Engelmann disease)\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5e38\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u986f\u6027\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5176\u7279\u5fb5\u662f\u9577\u9aa8\u9aa8\u5e79\u9aa8\u8cea\u589e\u751f\u548c\u786c\u5316\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u75be\u75c5\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u5152\u7ae5\u65e9\u671f\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u8868\u73fe\u70ba\u75bc\u75db\u3001\u808c\u8089\u7121\u529b\u548c\u8e63\u8dda\u6b65\u614b\uff0c\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u9084\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u5176\u4ed6\u75c7\u72c0\u3002<\/p>\n
