Background<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\u7d14\u5316\u7684\u4eba IgA1 \u03bb\u00a0<\/span>(IgA1 lambda)\u53ef\u7528\u4f5c IgA \u53c3\u8003\u6297\u539f (IgA reference antigen)<\/span>\u3001\u6821\u6e96\u7269(calibrator)\u3001\u5305\u88ab\u86cb\u767d(coating protein)\u548c\u5c01\u9589\u5291( blocking agent)\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u5404\u7a2e\u514d\u75ab\u6e2c\u5b9a(immunoassays)\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u514d\u75ab\u64f4\u6563(immunodiffusion)\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u96fb\u6cf3(immunoelectrophoresis)\u3001ELISA\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5370\u8de1(Western blotting)\u3001\u6591\u9ede\u514d\u75ab\u7d50\u5408\u6e2c\u5b9a (dot-immunobinding assays, DIBA)\u3001\u8840\u7d30\u80de\u51dd\u96c6(haemagglutination)\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u7d50\u5408\u6e2c\u5b9a( cell-binding assays)\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Product<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
Chromatographically purified Human IgA1 lambda, dimer. 0.5 ml solution of 1 mg\/ml P 444. No preservative added. This IgA1 consists mainly of dimers (as shown in non-reducing PAGE) and may contain traces of J chain. Confirmed by immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony). Not less than 98% as determined by agar-gel electrophoresis.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Storage<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
After arrival store at +4\u00b0C. Prolonged storage may be at -20\u00b0C. Allow to stand at ambient temperature for 5-10 minutes to reach equilibrium. Working dilutions may be prepared by adding the required amount of phosphate buffered saline (PBS), should not be refrozen and preferably used within 24 hours. Repeated thawing and freezing should be avoided. If a slight precipitation occurs upon storage, this should be removed by centrifugation and will not affect the performance of the product.<\/span><\/p>\n
