maxiPREP Kit \u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u7c21\u55ae\u4e14\u7d93\u6fdf\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u8cea\u9ad4 maxiprep \u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u5f9e\u57f9\u990a\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\u7d30\u80de(cultured bacterial cells.)\u4e2d\u5206\u96e2\u8cea\u7c92 DNA\u3002 Plasmid maxiPREP Kit \u7de9\u885d\u6db2\uff08\u5305\u542b\u5728\u6bcf\u500b\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u4e2d\uff09\u6216\u6c34\uff08pH \u503c\u5728 7.0 \u548c 8.5 \u4e4b\u9593\uff09\u4e2d\u6d17\u812b\u3002\u4f7f\u7528 Plasmid maxiPREP Kit \u7d14\u5316\u7684\u8cea\u7c92 DNA \u9069\u7528\u65bc\u591a\u7a2e\u5e38\u898f\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u9650\u5236\u6027\u5167\u5207\u9176\u6d88\u5316( restriction enzyme
