Plus<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7522\u54c1\u63cf\u8ff0:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u9451\u65bc\u5168\u7403\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\u63a8\u9032\u8a3a\u65b7\u5b78\u3001\u6cbb\u7642\u5b78\u548c\u75ab\u82d7\u63a5\u7a2e\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u5c0d\u6297 COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) \u5927\u6d41\u884c\uff0cBio-Helix \u5c08\u9580\u958b\u767c\u4e86 LifeDireX \u7528\u65bc\u4eba\u985e\u547c\u5438\u9053\u6a19\u672c\u7684 COVID-19 RT-qPCR \u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2 Plus\u3002\u53ef\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u9054\uff08mRNA\uff09\u5206\u6790\u300b\u3001Copy Number Analysis\u3001SNP\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u5206\u6790\u7b49\u5be6\u9a57\u3002\u8a72\u5957\u4ef6\u7684\u7279\u9ede\u662f\uff1a\u5c0dWHO\u548c\u7f8e\u570bCDC\u63a8\u85a6\u7684N\u76ee\u6a19\u6a19\u8a8c\u7269\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u7279\u7570\u6027\u30012\u5c0f\u6642\u4ee5\u5167\u7372\u53d6\u7684\u6578\u64da\u3001\u00a0\u517c\u5bb9\u6a19\u6e96 RT-qPCR \u6a5f\u5668\uff08ABI 7500\u3001Bio-Rad CFX96\u3001QuantStudio \u7684 7 Flex\uff09<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" \u500b\u62f7\u8c9d\/\u53cd\u61c9\u4ee5 95% \u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7387\u5728\u66ab\u5b9a\u6aa2\u6e2c\u9650 (LoD) \u6fc3\u5ea6\u4e0b\u9032\u884c 20 \u6b21\u91cd\u8907\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002\u5728\u6df7\u5408\u7684\u9670\u6027\u81e8\u5e8a\u9f3b\u54bd\u62ed\u5b50\u57fa\u8cea\u4e2d\u52a0\u5165 SARS-CoV-2 RNA \u6a23\u54c1\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u7528 QIAamp \u75c5\u6bd2 RNA \u8ff7\u4f60\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u63d0\u53d6\u4e26\u5728 QuantStudio\u2122 5 \u5be6\u6642 PCR \u7cfb\u7d71\u4e0a\u9032\u884c\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002\u5408\u6210\u7684 SARS-CoV-2 RNA A testing of 20 replicates at low positive with 100 copies\/reaction, 10 replicates at high positive with 2500 copies\/reaction and 30 replicates were unspiked. Samples were spiked SARS-CoV-2 RNA in pooled negative clinical nasopharyngeal swab matrix, then extracted with QIAamp Viral RNA Mini Kit and tested on QuantStudio\u2122 5 Real-Time PCR System. The synthetic SARS-CoV-2 RNA was obtained from Twist Biosciences (Assay Ready Control 14,EPI_ISL_710528). The clinical samples were provide by Shuang Ho Hospital, Ministry of Health and Welfare, Republic of China (Taiwan).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" \u6a19\u8a18\u7269\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6a19\u8a18\u7269\u3001\u9810\u88fd\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u51dd\u81a0\u3001\u6838\u9178\u7d14\u5316\u3001PCR\u8a66\u5291\u7b49\u3002\u8207\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5011\u4e00\u8d77\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u4e0d\u65b7\u63d0\u9ad8\u8cea\u91cf\uff0c\u958b\u59cb\u8d0f\u5f97\u5ba2\u6236\u7684\u4fe1\u4efb\u548c\u8a55\u50f9\u3002\u54c1\u724c\u904d\u5e03\u56db\u5341\u591a\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u751f\u547d\u79d1\u5b78\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u503c\u5f97\u4fe1\u8cf4\u548c\u6b61\u8fce\u7684\u8a66\u5291\u54c1\u724c\u3002Bio-Helix\u500b\u9858\u666f\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u6709\u4e00\u5929\u6211\u5011\u7684\u58fd\u547d\u53ef\u4ee5\u5ef6\u9577\uff1b\u6240\u6709\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u65e9\u671f\u767c\u73fe\u548c\u96a8\u5f8c\u7684\u9069\u7576\u6cbb\u7642\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u751f\u6d3b\u8cea\u91cf\u3002\u4e2d\u570b\u53e4\u4eba\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u826f\u91ab\u6cbb\u672a\u75c5\uff0c\u6cbb\u672a\u75c5\u3002\u5728 \u5c07\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u70ba\u8a3a\u65b7\u5de5\u5177\u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u597d\u548c\u6700\u5177\u5275\u65b0\u6027\u7684\u8a66\u5291\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u76e1\u53ef\u80fd\u65e9\u5730\u767c\u73fe\u75be\u75c5\u3002Bio-Helix\u4f7f\u547d\u662f\u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u512a\u8cea\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u4e26\u958b\u767c\u65b0\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u627e\u5230\u5c0b\u6c42\u79d1\u5b78\u6210\u5c31\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cBio-Helix\u8a8d\u70ba\u73fe\u5728\u662f\u9032\u5165\u9ad4\u5916\u8a3a\u65b7\u8a2d\u5099\uff08IVDD\uff09\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u6642\u6a5f\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u662f\u6210\u70ba\u7814\u7a76\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u548cIVDD\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6539\u5584\u751f\u6d3b\u8cea\u91cf\u548c\u5be6\u73fe\u79d1\u5b78\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u9858\u671b\u7684\u9a45\u4f7f\u4e0b\uff0cBio-Helix\u4ee5\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u8aa0\u4fe1\u6a19\u6e96\u904b\u71df\u3002\u9084\u5c07\u9019\u7a2e\u7cbe\u795e\u5ef6\u4f38\u5230\u6211\u5011\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u548c\u5168\u7403\u50f9\u503c\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u7d66\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u5ba2\u6236\u3002\u591a\u6a23\u5316\u7684\u54e1\u5de5\u968a\u4f0d\u548c\u5354\u4f5c\u7db2\u7d61\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u516c\u53f8\u6587\u5316\u7684\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7d50\u5408\u3002
