On oxidation, H<sub>2<\/sub>DCFDA becomes the highly green fluorescent 2\u2032,7\u2032-dichlorofluorescein.<\/p>\n<p>H2DCFDA (DCFH-DA) \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7d30\u80de\u6ef2\u900f\u6027\u63a2\u91dd\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27 (ROS)\uff0c\u53ef\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u4e2d\u9593\u9ad4\u3002\u6c27\u5316\u6642\uff0cH2DCFDA \u8b8a\u6210\u767c\u51fa\u9ad8\u7da0\u8272\u87a2\u5149\u7684 2&#8242;,7&#8242;-\u4e8c\u6c2f\u87a2\u5149\u7d20\u3002 (Ex\/Em=\u00a0504\/529 nm)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/biopioneer.com.tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/BIOTIUM_%E5%B7%A5%E4%BD%9C%E5%8D%80%E5%9F%9F-1-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"BIOTIUM_\u5de5\u4f5c\u5340\u57df 1\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u03bb<sub>Ex<\/sub>\/\u03bb<sub>Em<\/sub>\u00a0(pH &gt;6) = 504\/529 nm (end product)<\/li>\n<li>White solid soluble in DMSO or DMF<\/li>\n<li>Store desiccated at -20\u00b0C and protect from light<\/li>\n<li>C<sub>24<\/sub>H<sub>16<\/sub>Cl<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>7<\/sub><\/li>\n<li>MW: 487.29<\/li>\n<li>[4091-99-0]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u5efa\u8b70\u4f7f\u7528(\u4f9d\u4e0d\u540c\u7d30\u80de\u9700\u6700\u4f73\u5316\u8abf\u6574)\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1.
