biology)\u548c\u751f\u7406\u5b78(physiology)\u3001\u767c\u80b2\u751f\u7269\u5b78(developmental biology)\u3001\u75be\u75c5\u6a5f\u5236(disease mechanisms)\u5230\u85e5\u7269\u7be9\u9078(drug \u7368\u6709\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u539f\u4ee3\u7d30\u80de\u5f9e\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u4eba\u985e\u548c\u52d5\u7269\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u4f86\uff0c\u5728\u65e9\u671f\u50b3\u4ee3\u6642\u51b7\u51cd\u4fdd\u5b58\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u529b\u3002\u6211\u5011\u9084\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u96e2\u670d\u52d9\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u884d\u751f\u7684 DNA\u3001RNA \u548c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3002\u5f9e\u4e0b\u9762\u7684\u985e\u5225\u4e2d\u9078\u64c7\u4ee5\u67e5\u770b ScienCell \u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u539f\u4ee3\u7d30\u80de\u7522\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img marrow-derived )\u7684\u55ae\u6838\u7d30\u80de(monocytes)\u5206\u5316\u800c\u4f86\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u5728\u9aa8\u9ad3(bone marrow )\u4e2d\u4ee5\u53ca\u96a8\u5f8c\u5728\u8840\u6db2\u548c\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\uff0c\u55ae\u6838\u7d30\u80de(monocytes)\u7d93\u6b77\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u6210\u719f(maturation)\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u5f62\u6210\u5f62\u614b\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u6210\u719f\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de(tissue macrophages)\u3002\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u529f\u80fd\u662f\u6e05\u9664\u7d30\u80de\u788e\u7247\u548c\u6d88\u6ec5\u5165\u4fb5\u7684\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u541e\u566c\u5165\u4fb5\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269(microorganisms)\uff0c\u4e26\u6e05\u9664(scavenge)\u6b7b\u4ea1(dead)\u3001\u53d7\u640d\u7684\u7d30\u80de(damaged cells )\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u788e\u7247(\u00a0cellular debris)\u3002\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de(Macrophages)\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u8853(\u00a0flow cytometry)\u6216\u514d\u75ab\u7d44\u7e54\u5316\u5b78\u67d3\u8272(\u00a0immunohistochemical stainin)\u901a\u904e\u5e7e\u7a2e\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9762\u86cb\u767d(cell surface proteins)\u7684\u7279\u7570\u6027\u8868\u9054\u4f86\u9451\u5b9a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec CD14\u3001CD11b\u3001F4\/80\uff08\u5c0f\u9f20\uff09\/EMR1\uff08\u4eba\uff09\u3001MAC-1\/MAC-3 \u548c CD68\u3002<\/p>\n<p>ScienCell Research Laboratories \u7684 MMa-bm \u662f\u5f9e\u6210\u5e74 C57BL\/6 \u5c0f\u9f20\u9aa8\u9ad3\u4e2d\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u3002 MMa-bm \u5728 P0 \u6536\u7a6b\u4e26\u51b7\u51cd\u4ea4\u4ed8\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u5c0f\u74f6\u5728 1 ml \u9ad4\u7a4d\u4e2d\u5305\u542b &gt;1 x 10^6 \u500b\u7d30\u80de\u3002 MMa-bm \u7684\u7279\u5fb5\u5728\u65bc\u4f7f\u7528 F4\/80 \u548c\/\u6216 CD11b \u7279\u7570\u6027\u6297\u9ad4\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u87a2\u5149\u3002 MMa-bm \u5c0d\u652f\u539f\u9ad4\u3001\u7d30\u83cc\u3001\u9175\u6bcd\u548c\u771f\u83cc\u5448\u9670\u6027\u3002 MMa-bm\u4fdd\u8b49\u5728ScienCell Research Laboratories\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u57f9\u990a\uff1b\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u4e0d\u5efa\u8b70\u5c07 MMa-bm \u7528\u65bc\u64f4\u5c55\u6216\u9577\u671f\u57f9\u990a\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u7d30\u80de\u4e0d\u6703\u5728\u5e38\u898f\u57f9\u990a\u4e2d\u589e\u6b96\u3002ScienCell Research Laboratories \u7684 MMa-bm \u662f\u5f9e\u6210\u5e74 C57BL\/6 \u5c0f\u9f20\u9aa8\u9ad3(C57BL\/6 mouse bone marrow)\u4e2d\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u3002 MMa-bm \u5728 P0 \u6536\u7a6b\u4e26\u51b7\u51cd\u4ea4\u4ed8\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u5c0f\u74f6\u5728 1 ml \u9ad4\u7a4d\u4e2d\u5305\u542b &gt;1 x 10^6 \u500b\u7d30\u80de\u3002 MMa-bm \u7684\u7279\u5fb5\u5728\u65bc\u4f7f\u7528 F4\/80 \u548c\/\u6216 CD11b \u7279\u7570\u6027\u6297\u9ad4\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u87a2\u5149\u3002 MMa-bm \u5c0d\u652f\u539f\u9ad4(mycoplasma)\u3001\u7d30\u83cc(bacteria)\u3001\u9175\u6bcd(yeast)\u548c\u771f\u83cc(\u00a0fungi)\u5448\u9670\u6027\u3002 MMa-bm\u4fdd\u8b49\u5728ScienCell Research Laboratories\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u57f9\u990a\uff1b\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u4e0d\u5efa\u8b70\u5c07 MMa-bm
