  1. Prepare all reagents, samples and standards;
    \n2. Add 50\u00b5L standard or sample to each well.
    \nAnd then add 50\u00b5L prepared Detection Reagent A immediately.
    \nShake and mix. Incubate 1 hour at 37\u00b0C;
    \n3. Aspirate and wash 3 times;
    \n4. Add 100\u00b5L prepared Detection Reagent B. Incubate 30 minutes at 37\u00b0C;
    \n5. Aspirate and wash 5 times;
    \n6. Add 90\u00b5L Substrate Solution. Incubate 10-20 minutes at 37\u00b0C;
