abm\u2019s qPCR Retrovirus Titer Kit<\/strong>\u00a0is a one-step assay which\u00a0employs a quick RNA extraction step that is followed by RT-qPCR<\/strong>. Designed to deliver\u00a0high sensitivity and specificity<\/b>, the kit ensures minimal non-specific background and better overall performance compared to similar kits on the market. ROX reference dye is provided separate from the MasterMix, making this kit universally compatible with most qPCR instruments.\u00a0MasterMix contains dye comparable to SYBR Green\u2122 and EvaGreen\u2122.<\/p>\n
