\u6b65\u65b9\u6cd5\u4f86\u5206\u96e2\u9ad8\u7522\u91cf\u7684\u7e3d DNA\uff08\u4f86\u81ea\u7d44\u7e54\u3001\u57f9\u990a\u7684\u52d5\u7269\u548c\u7d30\u83cc\u7d30\u80de\u3001\u8840\u6db2\u00a0\u548c\u8840\u6e05\uff09\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u7368\u7279\u7684\u8a66\u5291\u53ef\u78ba\u4fdd\u5f9e\u7121\u9650\u91cf\u6a23\u672c\u4e2d\u7372\u5f97\u9ad8\u7522\u91cf\u548c\u9ad8\u8cea\u91cf\u7684\u7e3d DNA\u3002\u5982\u679c\u9700\u8981\u5927\u6a23\u672c\uff0c\u8a66\u5291\u9ad4\u7a4d\u53ef\u4ee5\u6309\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7e2e\u653e\uff0c\u4f7f\u8a72\u8a66\u5291\u4e0d\u50c5\u975e\u5e38\u7528\u6236\u53cb\u597d\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u7528\u9014\u5ee3\u6cdb\u3002\u7121\u9700DNA\u82ef\u915a\u63d0\u53d6\uff0c\u6574\u500b\u904e\u7a0b\u53ef\u572890\u5206\u9418\u5167\u5b8c\u6210\u3002\u63d0\u53d6\u7684\u7e3d DNA \u53ef\u7528\u65bc PCR\u3001\u5be6\u6642 PCR\u3001Southern \u5370\u8de1\u3001\u4f5c\u5716\u548c RFLP\u3002<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad8\u8cea\u91cf\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44 DNA \u7684\u5feb\u901f\u7a0b\u5e8f<\/li>\n<li>\u5373\u7528\u578b DNA\uff0c\u53ef\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u4e0b\u6e38\u61c9\u7528\u4e2d\u5be6\u73fe\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd<\/li>\n<li>\u5f9e\u5c11\u91cf\u8d77\u59cb\u6750\u6599\u4e2d\u7372\u5f97\u4e00\u81f4\u7684 DNA \u7522\u91cf<\/li>\n<li>\u63d0\u4f9b\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u8a66\u5291\u548c 3 \u500b\u6b65\u9a5f\u4f86\u8655\u7406 300 \u03bcl \u81f3 1.5 ml \u7684\u6a23\u54c1<\/li>\n<li>\u6642\u9593\u5f48\u6027<\/li>\n<li>\u6613\u65bc\u63d0\u53d6DNA\u7684\u6280\u8853\u6216\u65b9\u6cd5<\/li>\n<li>\u6a23\u54c1\uff1a\u7d44\u7e54\u3001\u57f9\u990a\u7684\u52d5\u7269\u548c\u7d30\u83cc\u7d30\u80de\u3001\u8840\u6db2\u548c\u8840\u6e05\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img
