\u514d\u75ab\u5206\u6790\u6cd5\u7684\u6982\u62ec\u6d41\u7a0b<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Prepare all reagents, samples and standards;<\/li>\n
  2. Add 50\u00b5L standard or sample to each well.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    And then add 50\u00b5L prepared Detection Reagent A immediately.<\/p>\n

    Shake and mix. Incubate 1 hour at 37\u00b0C;<\/p>\n

    1. Aspirate and wash 3 times;<\/li>\n
    2. Add 100\u00b5L prepared Detection Reagent B. Incubate 30 minutes at 37\u00b0C;<\/li>\n
    3. Aspirate and wash 5 times;<\/li>\n
    4. Add 90\u00b5L Substrate Solution. Incubate 15-25 minutes at 37\u00b0C;<\/li>\n
    5. Add 50\u00b5L Stop Solution. Read at 450 nm immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
