\u548c\u7d44\u86cb\u767d\u4e59\u91af\u8f49\u79fb\u9176 (histone acetyltransferases , HATs) \u4ecb\u5c0e\u7d44\u86cb\u767d\u53bb\u4e59\u91af\u5316(histone deacetylation)\u548c\u4e59\u91af\u5316(acetylation)\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5e73\u8861\u3002 HDAC \u9084\u8abf\u7bc0\u4fe1\u865f\u5206\u5b50(signaling
