font-size: 12pt;\">Z-VAD-FMK | CAS# 187389-52-2 APExBIO\u00a0 \u8ca8\u865f\u00a0A1902<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Product Citation+6<\/p>\n<p>Z-VAD-FMK \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e ICE \u6a23\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u6291\u5236\u5291(ICE-like proteases)\uff0c\u53ef\u6291\u5236\u7531\u591a\u7a2e\u523a\u6fc0\u7269\u8a98\u5c0e\u7684 THP.1 \u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1(apoptosis)\u548c Fas \u6297\u539f\u8a98\u5c0e\u7684 Jurkat T \u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1(apoptosis)\u3002\u5b83\u901a\u904e\u963b\u6b62 proCPP32 \u6d3b\u5316\u70ba\u5176\u6d3b\u6027\u5f62\u5f0f\u4f86\u6291\u5236\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1(apoptosis)\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u901a\u904e\u76f4\u63a5\u963b\u6b62 CPP32 \u7684\u86cb\u767d\u6c34\u89e3\u4f5c\u7528\u4f86\u6291\u5236\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1(apoptosis)\u3002Z-VAD-FMK almost completely inhibited the formation of large kilobasepair induced by all four stimuli. Similarly Z-VAD-FMK almost completely inhibited the enhanced formation of large kilobasepair fragments induced by thapsigargin or cycloheximide in the presence of TLCK, in good agreement with its ability to inhibit apoptosis induced by these treatments. These stimuli also induced internucleosomal cleavage of DNA, which was inhibited by Z-VAD-FMK.
