cells)\u8207\u6c38\u751f\u5316\u7d30\u80de\u7cfb(immortalized cell lines)\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u4e4b\u8655\u5728\u65bc\u6709\u9650\u7684\u7fa4\u9ad4\u500d\u589e(population doubling)\u3002\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u907a\u50b3(genetic)\u548c\u5316\u5b78\u4fee\u98fe(chemical modifications)\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u521d\u4ee3\u7d30\u80de(primary cells)\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u5176\u8d77\u6e90\u7d44\u7e54\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u8a31\u591a\u91cd\u8981\u751f\u7406\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u5bc6\u5207\u6a21\u64ec\u9ad4\u5167\u689d\u4ef6\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u70ba\u5f9e\u57fa\u790e\u7d30\u80de\u751f\u7269\u5b78(cell biology)\u548c\u751f\u7406\u5b78(physiology)\u3001\u767c\u80b2\u751f\u7269\u5b78(developmental biology)\u3001\u75be\u75c5\u6a5f\u88fd(disease mechanisms)\u5230\u85e5\u7269\u7be9\u9009(drug screening)\u548c\u6cbb\u7642\u958b\u767c(therapeutics development)\u7684\u5404\u7a2e\u7814\u7a76\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6a21\u578b\u3002\u4f7f\u7528 ScienCell \u7368\u6709\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u539f\u4ee3\u7d30\u80de\u5f9e\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u4eba\u985e\u548c\u52d5\u7269\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u4f86\uff0c\u5728\u65e9\u671f\u50b3\u4ee3\u6642\u51b7\u51cd\u4fdd\u5b58\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u529b\u3002\u6211\u5011\u9084\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u96e2\u670d\u52d9\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u884d\u751f\u7684 DNA\u3001RNA \u548c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3002\u5f9e\u4e0b\u9762\u7684\u985e\u5225\u4e2d\u9078\u64c7\u4ee5\u67e5\u770b ScienCell \u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u539f\u4ee3\u7d30\u80de\u7522\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img derivatives)\uff0c\u53ef\u5305\u88f9\u5468\u570d\u795e\u7d93(peripheral nerves)\u7684\u8ef8\u7a81(myelinate axons)\u4e26\u4f7f\u5176\u6709\u9ad3\u9798\u5f62\u6210 [1]\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u8a31\u65fa\u7d30\u80de(Schwann cells)\u90fd\u5305\u88f9\u5728\u55ae\u500b\u5916\u5468\u8ef8\u7a81(peripheral axon)\u7684\u8ef8\u4e0a\uff0c\u6cbf\u8457\u8ef8\u7a81\u7684\u5404\u500b\u90e8\u5206\u5f62\u6210\u9ad3\u9798\u3002\u8a31\u65fa\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u5468\u570d\u795e\u7d93\u7684\u767c\u80b2\u3001\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u518d\u751f\u4e2d\u767c\u63ee\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u7576\u4e00\u500b\u8ef8\u7a81\u6b7b\u4ea1\u6642\uff0c\u5b83\u5468\u570d\u7684\u8a31\u65fa\u7d30\u80de(Schwann cells)\u6703\u5e6b\u52a9\u5b83\u6d88\u5316\uff0c\u7559\u4e0b\u4e00\u500b\u7531\u9023\u7e8c\u7684\u8a31\u65fa\u7d30\u80de(Schwann cells)\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u7a7a\u901a\u9053\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u4e00\u500b\u65b0\u7684\u8ef8\u7a81\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f9e\u5207\u65b7\u7684\u672b\u7aef\u751f\u9577\u51fa\u4f86\u3002\u5468\u570d\u795e\u7d93\u4e2d\u7684\u8a31\u65fa\u7d30\u80de(Schwann cells)\u6578\u91cf\u53d7\u5230\u56b4\u683c\u8abf\u7bc0[2]\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u5728\u9ad4\u5916\u7684\u589e\u6b96\u53ef\u4ee5\u53d7\u5230\u5404\u7a2e\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50\u7684\u523a\u6fc0\uff0c\u5305\u62ec PDGF\u3001FGF\u3001\u795e\u7d93\u8abf\u7bc0\u86cb\u767d\u7b49 [3]\u3002\u8a31\u65fa\u7d30\u80de(Schwann cells)\u70ba\u7814\u7a76\u8a31\u591a\u767c\u80b2\u554f\u984c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u76f8\u5c0d\u7c21\u55ae\u3001\u5b9a\u7fa9\u660e\u78ba\u4e14\u6613\u65bc\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u54fa\u4e73\u52d5\u7269\u6a21\u578b\u3002\u4e86\u89e3\u8a31\u65fa\u7d30\u80de(Schwann cells)\u7684\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u4e5f\u5177\u6709\u7279\u5225\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u5728\u795e\u7d93\u75c5\u8b8a\u548c\u795e\u7d93\u518d\u751f\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u56e0\u70ba\u7d30\u80de\u6216\u5176\u524d\u9ad4\u53ef\u80fd\u7279\u5225\u9069\u5408\u690d\u5165\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032 CNS \u4e2d\u7684\u4fee\u5fa9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f86\u81ea ScienCell Research Laboratories \u7684 RSC \u5f9e\u51fa\u751f\u5f8c\u7b2c 8 \u5929 CD\u00ae IGS \u5927\u9f20\u5750\u9aa8\u795e\u7d93\u4e2d\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u4f86\u3002 RSC \u4f5c\u70ba\u539f\u4ee3\u57f9\u990a\u7269\u51b7\u51cd\u4fdd\u5b58\u4e26\u51b7\u51cd\u4ea4\u4ed8\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u5c0f\u74f6\u5728 1 ml \u9ad4\u7a4d\u4e2d\u5305\u542b &gt;5 x 10^5 \u500b\u7d30\u80de\u3002 RSC \u7684\u7279\u9ede\u662f\u514d\u75ab\u87a2\u5149\u8207 S100\u3001GFAP \u548c CD90 \u7279\u7570\u6027\u6297\u9ad4\u3002 RSC \u5c0d\u652f\u539f\u9ad4(mycoplasma)\u3001\u7d30\u83cc(bacteria)\u3001\u9175\u6bcd(yeast)\u548c\u771f\u83cc(fungi)\u5448\u9670\u6027\u3002 RSC \u4fdd\u8b49\u5728 ScienCell
