DNA can be extracted from acceptable specimen types including, but not limited to, lesion fluid on a dry swab, lesion fluid swab in viral transport media, lesion fluid on a slide, crust, or lesion roof. The clinical correlation with patient history and other diagnostic information is necessary to determine patient infection status. Positive results do not rule out bacterial infection or coinfection with other viruses. The agent detected may not be the definite cause of disease. Negative results do not preclude monkeypox virus infection and should not be used as the sole basis for patient management decisions. Negative results must be combined with clinical observations, patient history, and epidemiological information.<\/p>\n<p>\u7334\u75d8\u75c5\u6bd2\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2(Monkeypox Virus Detection Kit)\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5b9a\u6027\u7684\u9ad4\u5916\u5373\u6642 PCR(real time PCR)\u7528\u65bc\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5f9e\u75c5\u8b8a\u6750\u6599\u4e2d\u63d0\u53d6\u7684 DNA \u7684\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002 DNA\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f9e\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u6a23\u672c\u985e\u578b\u4e2d\u63d0\u53d6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u65bc\uff0c\u5e79\u62ed\u5b50(dry swab)\u4e0a\u7684\u75c5\u8b8a\u6db2\uff0c\u75c5\u6bd2\u904b\u8f38\u4ecb\u8cea\u4e2d\u7684\u75c5\u8b8a\u6db2\u62ed\u5b50\uff0c\u75c5\u8b8a\u8f09\u73bb\u7247\u3001\u7d50\u75c2\u6216\u75c5\u7076\u9802\u4e0a\u7684\u6db2\u9ad4\u3002\u8207\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u76f8\u95dc\u6027\u75c5\u53f2\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u8a3a\u65b7\u4fe1\u606f\u662f\u78ba\u5b9a\u60a3\u8005\u6240\u5fc5\u9700\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002\u967d\u6027\u7d50\u679c\u4e0d\u6392\u9664\u7d30\u83cc\u611f\u67d3\u6216\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u75c5\u6bd2\u5171\u611f\u67d3\u3002\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5230\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u662f\u78ba\u5b9a\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u9670\u6027\u7d50\u679c\u4e0d\u6392\u9664\u7334\u75d8\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u4e0d\u61c9\u4f5c\u70ba\u60a3\u8005\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u4f9d\u64da\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002\u9670\u6027\u7d50\u679c\u5fc5\u9808\u7d50\u5408\u81e8\u5e8a\u89c0\u5bdf\uff0c\u75c5\u53f2\u548c\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b78\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this protocol is to describe the procedure used for the detection of Monkeypox virus DNA in clinical specimens by real-time PCR. This assay detects DNA at varying concentrations, providing a qualitative result of either positive, negative, or inconclusive in the identification of Monkeypox virus infections. Primer and probe are designed to detect Monkeypox genes.
