solution)\u3002\u5b83\u5c08\u70ba\u5feb\u901f\u548c\u9748\u654f\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6aa2\u6e2c\u800c\u914d\u88fd\u3002\u4e0d\u6d89\u53ca\u7532\u9187(methanol)\u548c\u4e59\u9178(acetic acid)\u7b49\u5371\u5bb3\uff0c\u9748\u654f\u5ea610ng (BSA)\u3002 jetBLUE \u8207\u8cea\u8b5c\u5100(mass spectrophotometry)\u517c\u5bb9\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u61c9\u7528\u589e\u5f37\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u67d3\u8272\u6280\u8853\uff0cjetBLUE \u53ef\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u6700\u5feb 5~10
