ELISA) ELISA \u4f86\u5b9a\u91cf\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684 <strong>\u900f\u660e\u8cea\u9178(<\/strong>Hyaluronic acid , HA)\u3002 <strong>\u900f\u660e\u8cea\u9178(<\/strong>Hyaluronic acid , HA)\u7279\u7570\u6027\u6297\u9ad4\u5df2\u9810\u5148\u5305\u88ab\u5728\u5fae\u5b54\u677f\u4e0a\u3002\u6a19\u6e96\u54c1\u548c\u6a23\u54c1\u88ab\u79fb\u6db2\u5230\u5b54\u4e2d\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u5b58\u5728\u7684 <strong>\u900f\u660e\u8cea\u9178(<\/strong>Hyaluronic acid , HA)\u90fd\u88ab\u56fa\u5b9a\u7684\u6297\u9ad4\u7d50\u5408\u3002\u5728\u53bb\u9664\u4efb\u4f55\u672a\u7d50\u5408\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c07\u4e00\u7a2e\u751f\u7269\u7d20\u5076\u806f(biotin-conjugated antibody)\u7684 HA
