src=\"http:\/\/www.abebio.com\/images\/logo.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2(Coronaviruses)\u662f\u5177\u6709\u6b63\u7fa9 RNA \u57fa\u56e0\u7d44(positive-sense RNA genome)\u548c\u87ba\u65cb\u5c0d\u7a31\u6838\u8863\u6bbc(nucleocapsid)\u7684\u5305\u819c\u75c5\u6bd2(enveloped viruses)\u3002\u5728\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u539f\u4ee3\u7d30\u80de(virus-infected primary cells)\u548c\u7528\u8868\u9054 N \u86cb\u767d(N protein)\u7684\u8cea\u7c92\u8f49\u67d3\u7684\u7d30\u80de(cells transfected with plasmids)\u4e2d\uff0c\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u6838\u86cb\u767d(Coronavirus nucleoproteins)\u5b9a\u4f4d\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u8cea(cytoplasm)\u548c\u6838\u4ec1(nucleolus)\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u4e9e\u6838\u7d50\u69cb(subnuclear structure)\u3002\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2 N \u86cb\u767d(Coronavirus N protein) \u662f\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2 RNA \u5408\u6210(coronavirus RNA synthesis)\u6240\u5fc5\u9700\u7684\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u53c3\u8207\u6a21\u677f\u8f49\u63db(template switch)\u7684 RNA \u4f34\u4fb6\u6d3b\u6027(RNA chaperone activity)\u3002\u6838\u8863\u6bbc\u86cb\u767d(Nucleocapsid protein)\u662f\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2(coronavirus)\u4e2d\u542b\u91cf\u6700\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3002\u5728\u75c5\u6bd2\u7c92\u5b50\u7d44\u88dd(virion assembly)\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0cN \u86cb\u767d(N protein)\u8207\u75c5\u6bd2 RNA (viral RNA)\u7d50\u5408\u4f75\u5c0e\u81f4\u5f62\u6210\u87ba\u65cb\u72c0\u6838\u8863\u6bbc(helical nucleocapsid)\u3002\u6838\u8863\u6bbc\u86cb\u767d(Nucleocapsid protein)\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u9ad8\u5ea6\u514d\u75ab\u539f\u6027\u7684\u78f7\u86cb\u767d(phosphoprotein)\uff0c\u4e5f\u8207\u75c5\u6bd2\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u8907\u88fd(genome replication)\u548c\u8abf\u7bc0\u7d30\u80de\u4fe1\u865f\u901a\u8def(cell signaling pathways)\u6709\u95dc\u3002\u7531\u65bcN\u86cb\u767d\u5e8f\u5217\u4fdd\u5b88(conservation)\uff0c\u514d\u75ab\u539f\u6027\u5f37\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9078\u64c7\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2N\u86cb\u767d(N wells\u4e2d\u4e26\u5b75\u80b2\u3002\u7136\u5f8c\u5c07\u5e95\u7269\u6eb6\u6db2(substrate solutions)\u6dfb\u52a0\u5230\u6bcf\u500b\u5b54\u4e2d\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u90a3\u4e9b\u542b\u6709 2019-nCoV-Ab-IgM \u548c\u9176\u806fanti-human IgM antibody \u6297\u9ad4\u7684\u5b54\u624d\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u984f\u8272\u8b8a\u5316\u3002\u901a\u904e\u6dfb\u52a0\u786b\u9178\u6eb6\u6db2(sulphuric acid solution)\u7d42\u6b62\u9176-\u5e95\u7269\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u4e26\u5728 450 nm \u00b1 2 nm \u6ce2\u9577\u4e0b\u7528\u5206\u5149\u5149\u5ea6\u8a08\u6e2c\u91cf\u984f\u8272\u8b8a\u5316\u3002\u8a72\u65b9\u6cd5\u5c0d\u6aa2\u6e2c\u4eba 2019-nCoV-Ab-IgM \u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u9748\u654f\u5ea6(sensitivity)\u548c\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u7279\u7570\u6027(specificity)\u3002\u672a\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u4eba 2019-nCoV-Ab-IgM
