\u70ba\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50(Cytokine)\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u767d\u7d30\u80de\u4ecb\u7d20\u3001\u8da8\u5316\u56e0\u5b50\u3001\u96c6\u843d\u523a\u6fc0\u56e0\u5b50 (CSF)\u3001\u5e72\u64fe\u7d20\u3001\u8f49\u5316\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50 (TGF) \u548c\u816b\u7624\u58de\u6b7b\u56e0\u5b50 (TNF)\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u764c\u75c7\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u3001\u5167\u5206\u6ccc\u5b78\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u5b78\u3001\u795e\u7d93\u79d1\u5b78\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u548c\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u7d93\u6bcf\u5fae\u514b\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5167\u6bd2\u7d20\uff0cLAL\u6cd5\u6e2c\u5b9a\u542b\u91cf\u5c0f\u65bc1.0EU\u3002\u7d14\u5ea6\u572895%\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u6bcf\u500b\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u90fd\u914d\u5099\u4e861 protein)\uff0c\u5c6c\u65bcIL-4\/IL-13\u5bb6\u65cf\u3002 Interleukin-4 \/ IL-4 \u5177\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u523a\u6fc0\u6d3b\u5316\u7684 B \u7d30\u80de(B-cell)\u548c T \u7d30\u80de\u589e\u6b96(T-cell proliferation)\u3002\u5b83\u589e\u5f37 IgE \u548c IgG1 \u7684\u5206\u6ccc\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9762\u8868\u9054(cell surface expression)\u3002 Interleukin-4 \/ IL-4 \u9084\u8abf\u7bc0\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d30\u80de(lymphocytes)\u548c\u55ae\u6838\u7d30\u80de(monocytes)\u4e0a IgE (CD23) \u7684\u4f4e\u89aa\u548c\u529b Fc \u53d7\u9ad4\u7684\u8868\u9054\u3002\u767d\u7d30\u80de\u4ecb\u7d20 4 \u5c0d\u65bc\u5c07 B \u7d30\u80de\u8f49\u63db\u70ba IgE \u6297\u9ad4\u7522\u751f\u548c T \u8f14\u52a9 (Th) \u7d30\u80de\u5411 Th2 \u8868\u578b(Th2 phenotyp)\u6210\u719f\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5b83\u53c3\u8207\u81f3\u5c11\u5e7e\u500b B \u7d30\u80de\u6fc0\u6d3b\u904e\u7a0b(B-cell activation processes)\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7d30\u80de\u985e\u578b\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u8207 IL-4 \u53d7\u9ad4 \u03b1 \u7d50\u5408\u7684\u5c0f\u9f20 IL-4 \u86cb\u767d (QY) \u7684\u96d9\u7a81\u8b8a\u9ad4 (Q116D\u3001Y119D) \u8c37\u6c28\u9170\u80fa 116 \u548c\u916a\u6c28\u9178 119(tyrosine 119) \u4ee5\u5291\u91cf\u4f9d\u8cf4\u6027\u65b9\u5f0f\u5b8c\u5168\u6291\u5236 IL -4 \u8a98\u5c0e\u8102\u591a\u91a3\u523a\u6fc0(lipopolysaccharide-stimulated)\u7684\u9f20\u813e B \u7d30\u80de\u3001\u9f20 T \u7d30\u80de\u7cfb CTLL-2 \u548c\u9f20\u524d B \u7d30\u80de\u7cfb BA\/F3 \u7684\u589e\u6b96\u3002 QY \u9084\u901a\u904e\u8102\u591a\u91a3\u523a\u6fc0\u7684\u5c0f\u9f20\u813e B \u7d30\u80de\u6291\u5236 IL-4 \u523a\u6fc0\u7684 CD23
