cytokines)\u662f\u5229\u7528\u975e\u52d5\u7269(non-animal)\u539f\u6599\u548c\u8868\u9054\u7cfb\u7d71\u751f\u7522\u7684\uff0c\u8868\u9054\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e2d\u7684\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u662f\u7121\u8840\u6e05\u3001\u7121\u52d5\u7269\u3001\u5316\u5b78\u6210\u5206\u900f\u660e\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><a \u6dcb\u5df4\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u5316\u6297\u539f B7-2(B-lymphocyte activation antigen)\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e I \u578b\u819c\u86cb\u767d(type I membrane protein)\uff0c\u662f\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d\u8d85\u5bb6\u65cf(immunoglobulin superfamily)\u7684\u6210\u54e1\uff0c\u5728\u4ea4\u53c9\u6307\u72c0\u6a39\u7a81\u7d30\u80de(interdigitating dendritic cells)\u3001\u6717\u683c\u6f22\u65af\u7d30\u80de(Langerhans cells)\u3001\u5916\u5468\u8840\u6a39\u7a81\u7d30\u80de(peripheral blood dendritic cells)\u4e0a\u7d44\u6210\u578b\u8868\u9054\u3002\u7d30\u80de\u3001\u8a18\u61b6B\u7d30\u80de\u548cT helper cells)\u3002 B7-2 \u4e3b\u8981\u4f5c\u70ba\u55ae\u9ad4\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9762\uff0c\u4e26\u8207\u5169\u7a2e\u5171\u523a\u6fc0\u53d7\u9ad4 CD28 \u548c T \u7d30\u80de\u4e0a\u8868\u9054\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6bd2\u6027 T \u6dcb\u5df4\u7d30\u80de\u76f8\u95dc\u6297\u539f 4 (cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 , CTLA-4) \u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u8a98\u5c0e\u8abf\u7bc0 T \u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u5316\u548c\u8010\u53d7\u6027\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u7684\u7522\u751f\u548c CTL \u7684\u7522\u751f\u3002\u8868\u660e\u7531 CD86 \u4ecb\u5c0e\u7684 B \u548c T \u8f14\u52a9\u7d30\u80de\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u63a5\u89f8\u4fc3\u9032\u4e86\u6b63\u5e38 B \u7d30\u80de\u548c B \u7d30\u80de\u6dcb\u5df4\u7624\u7684\u589e\u6b96\u548c IgG \u5206\u6ccc\u7684\u4fe1\u865f\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0cCD86 \u9084\u4fc3\u9032\u6210\u719f APC repertoire\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u4e26\u4fc3\u9032 APC \u529f\u80fd\u548c\u5b58\u6d3b\u3002 CD86\u5728\u6162\u6027\u8840\u6db2\u900f\u6790(chronic hemodialysis)\u3001\u904e\u654f\u6027\u80ba\u90e8\u708e\u75c7(allergic pulmonary inflammation)\u3001\u95dc\u7bc0\u708e(arthritis)\u548c\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u53cd\u61c9(antiviral responses)\u4e2d\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6709\u5e0c\u671b\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642(immune
