\u9ad3\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u9176\uff08Myeloperoxidase , MPO\uff09\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2 (\u5075\u6e2c\u7bc4\u570d19.42 U\/L \u2013 893.41 U\/L) \u662f\u7528\u65bc\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u9ad3\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u9176\u6d3b\u6027(Myeloperoxidase activity)\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\uff0c\u9ad3\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u9176\uff08Myeloperoxidase, MPO\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u542b\u8840\u7d05\u7d20\u7684\u967d\u96e2\u5b50\u7cd6\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u5c6c\u65bc\u8840\u7d05\u7d20\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u9176\u5bb6\u65cf(\u00a0heme peroxidase family)\u3002 MPO \u662f\u7531\u5169\u500b\u4e9e\u57fa\u805a\u5408\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u4e8c\u805a\u9ad4\uff0c\u6bcf\u500b\u4e9e\u57fa\u5305\u542b\u4e00\u689d\u91cd\u934a\u548c\u4e00\u689d\u8f15\u93c8\u3002 \u9ad3\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u9176\uff08Myeloperoxidase , MPO\uff09\u5177\u6709\u6297\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u6027\u7c92\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u5291\u751f\u6210\u548c\u5bbf\u4e3b\u9632\u79a6\u6a5f\u5236\u4e2d\u767c\u63ee\u4f5c\u7528\u3002 \u9ad3\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u9176\uff08Myeloperoxidase , MPO\uff09 \u50ac\u5316\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u6c2b (Hydrogen Peroxide, H2O2) \u5206\u89e3\u70ba\u6c27\u5316\u6c2f\u5316\u7269(oxidize chloride)\u548c\u6b21\u6c2f\u9178(hypochlorous acid)\uff0c\u6b21\u6c2f\u9178(hypochlorous acid)\u8207\u9130\u806f\u8334\u9999\u53cd\u61c9\u751f\u6210\u9ec3\u8272\u7522\u7269\u3002Abbexa \u7684 MPO \u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2(Myeloperoxidase (MPO) Assay Kit i, Abx294012)\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u65b9\u4fbf\u4e14\u9748\u654f\u7684\u6e2c\u91cf\u548c\u8a08\u7b97\u9ad3\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u9176\uff08Myeloperoxidase , MPO\uff09\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u61c9\u5728 460 nm \u8655\u6e2c\u91cf\u5438\u5149\u5ea6\u3002\u984f\u8272\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u8207 MPO \u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u6210\u6b63\u6bd4\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8a08\u7b97\u51fa\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n
