\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e 6045-Da \u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u5177\u6709 53 \u500b\u6c28\u57fa\u9178\u6b98\u57fa(amino acid residues)\u548c\u4e09\u500b\u5206\u5b50\u5167\u4e8c\u786b\u9375(disulfide bonds)\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u4f4e\u5206\u5b50\u591a\u80bd(low-molecular-weight polypeptide)\uff0cEGF\u6700\u521d\u662f\u5f9e\u5c0f\u9f20\u981c\u4e0b\u817a(submandibular EGF \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50(growth factor)\uff0c\u53ef\u5728\u9ad4\u5167\u548c\u9ad4\u5916\u523a\u6fc0\u5404\u7a2e\u8868\u76ae(epidermal)\u548c\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d44\u7e54(epithelial tissues)\u7684\u751f\u9577\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7d30\u80de\u57f9\u990a\u7269\u4e2d\u67d0\u4e9b\u6210\u7e96\u7dad\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u751f\u9577\u3002\u5b83\u5c0e\u81f4\u7d30\u80de\u589e\u6b96(cellular iodine)\u7684\u8abf\u7bc0\uff0c\u5728\u7dad\u6301\u53e3\u98df\u7ba1\u548c\u80c3\u7d44\u7e54\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u65b9\u9762\u4e5f\u8d77\u8457\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u751f\u7406\u4f5c\u7528\u3002
