\u516c\u53f8\u4e00\u76f4\u88ab\u516c\u8a8d\u70baB.C.\u767c\u5c55\u6700\u5feb\u768425\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0cabm\u516c\u53f8\u81ea\u6210\u7acb\u4ee5\u4f86\u5e74\u5747\u4fdd\u630130\uff05\u7684\u5e74\u5747\u589e\u9577\u7387\uff0c\u4e26\u4fdd\u6301\u5e74\u5747\u6307\u6578\u589e\u9577\u7387\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u589e\u9577\u7387\u3002\u4eca\u5929\uff0cabm\u5f88\u81ea\u8c6a\u80fd\u5920\u6210\u70ba\u8a72\u5730\u5340\u6700\u5927\u7684\u751f\u7269\u6280\u8853\u516c\u53f8\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u70baB.C.\u4e2d\u5145\u6eff\u6d3b\u529b\u548c\u5feb\u7bc0\u594f\u7684\u751f\u7269\u6280\u8853\u7522\u696d\u4f5c\u51fa\u8ca2\u737b\u3002abm \u8207\u8457\u540d\u5927\u5b78\u548c\u7814\u767c\u6a5f\u69cb\u4ee5\u53caabm \u5168\u7403\u5206\u92b7\u7db2\u7d61\u7684\u9577\u671f\u570b\u969b\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u95dc\u4fc2\u4f7fabm \u80fd\u5920\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u63a8\u52d5\u767c\u73fe\u3002<\/p>\n<p>abm \u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u662f\u5e6b\u52a9\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u901a\u904e\u6539\u8b8a\u904a\u6232\u898f\u5247\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u670d\u52d9\u8df3\u8e8d\u5230\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u4e0b\u4e00\u500b\u7814\u7a76\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u7c21\u5316\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u4e26\u964d\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u3002 abm \u6db5\u84cb\u6240\u6709\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u9023\u7e8c\u7522\u54c1\u6db5\u84cbCRISPR\u57fa\u56e0\u7de8\u8f2f\u5de5\u5177\u548c\u75c5\u6bd2\u8f09\u9ad4\/\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u7368\u7279\u7d30\u80de\u4fc2\u4ee5\u53ca\u6700\u5148\u9032\u7684PCR\u548c\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3\u6e2c\u5e8f\u6280\u8853\u548c\u670d\u52d9\u3002 abm \u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad8\u5ea6\u91cf\u8eab\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u4f7f\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u80fd\u5920\u89e3\u6c7a\u4ed6\u5011\u6700\u7dca\u8feb\u7684\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u4e26\u4ee5\u65b0\u7a4e\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5c07\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u7684\u9ede\u9ede\u9023\u63a5\u8d77\u4f86\u3002abm \u7684\u9858\u666f\u662f\u6210\u70ba\u9ad8\u8cea\u91cf\u548c\u9ad8\u6027\u50f9\u6bd4\u7814\u7a76\u8a66\u5291\u7684\u4e00\u7ad9\u5f0f\u5546\u5e97\uff0c\u6eff\u8db3\u85e5\u7269\u958b\u767c\u548c\u751f\u7269\u88fd\u85e5\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u8feb\u5207\u9700\u6c42\u3002
