BC03-500)\u662f\u6700\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6aa2\u6e2c\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u8207 Lowry \u65b9\u6cd5\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u8a72\u6e2c\u5b9a\u4f9d\u8cf4\u65bc\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5c0d Cu2+ \u9084\u539f\u70ba\u5169\u500b\u55ae\u50f9\u9285\u96e2\u5b50 Cu+\uff0c\u800c\u4e00\u500b Cu+ \u53ef\u87af\u5408\u5169 \u500b BCA \u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u4f7f\u8a66\u5291\u984f\u8272\u7531\u860b\u679c\u7da0\u8f49\u8b8a\u70ba\u7d2b\u8272\uff0c\u6b64\u5c08\u4e00\u6027\u5448 \u8272\u8207\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6fc3\u5ea6\u6210\u6b63\u6bd4\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u6aa2\u6e2c 562nm \u7684\u5438\u5149\u503c\uff0c\u4e26\u6bd4\u5c0d \u6a19\u6e96\u86cb\u767d ( \u4f8b\u5982\uff1aBSA)
