{"id":28053,"date":"2021-06-29T16:45:33","date_gmt":"2021-06-29T08:45:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/biopioneer.com.tw\/?p=28053"},"modified":"2022-07-19T14:10:18","modified_gmt":"2022-07-19T06:10:18","slug":"anti-cd147-meplazumab-humanized-antibody%e8%b2%a8%e8%99%9fa2290","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/biopioneer.com.tw\/?p=28053","title":{"rendered":"Anti-CD147 (Meplazumab), Humanized Antibody\u8ca8\u865fA2290"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #00ccff;\" href=\"http:\/\/biopioneer.com.tw\/?p=28053\">Anti-CD147 (Meplazumab), Humanized Antibody<strong>\u8ca8\u865fA2290<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>2019 \u65b0\u578b\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2 (SARS-CoV-2)\u767c\u5c55<\/p>\n<p>\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2 (Coronaviruses, \u00a0CoV) \u662f\u6709\u5305\u819c(enveloped)\u7684\u6b63\u93c8 RNA \u75c5\u6bd2(positive-sense RNA viruses)\uff0c\u5176\u7279\u5fb5\u662f\u5f9e\u5176\u8868\u9762\u4f38\u200b\u200b\u51fa\u7684\u51a0\u72c0\u5c16\u523a(crown-like spikes)\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7570\u5e38\u5927\u7684 RNA \u57fa\u56e0\u7d44(RNA genome)\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u7a2e\u985e\u7684\u52d5\u7269\u4e2d\u5f15\u8d77\u5404\u7a2e\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u99f1\u99dd(camels)\u3001\u725b(cattle)\u3001\u8c93(cats)\u548c\u8759\u8760(bats)\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u4eba\u985e\u4e2d\u5f15\u8d77\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u81f4\u547d\u547c\u5438\u9053\u611f\u67d3(lethal respiratory infections)\u3002\u4e2d\u6771\u547c\u5438\u7d9c\u5408\u5fb5\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2 (MERS-CoV) \u548c\u56b4\u91cd\u6025\u6027\u547c\u5438\u7d9c\u5408\u5fb5\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2 (SARS-CoV) \u662f\u5c0e\u81f4\u4eba\u985e\u56b4\u91cd\u547c\u5438\u7cfb\u7d71\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u516d\u7a2e\u5df2\u77e5\u4eba\u985e\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002 SARS-CoV-2 \u662f\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u6e56\u5317\u7701\u6b66\u6f22\u5e02\u767c\u73fe\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u682a\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u78ba\u5b9a\u4e86\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u51fa\u73fe\u7684\u65b0\u578b\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2 (SARS-CoV-2) \u7684\u6574\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u5e8f\u5217\u3002 SARS-CoV-2 \u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u5e8f\u5217\u8207 SARS-CoV \u7684\u76f8\u4f3c\u5ea6\u70ba 79%\uff0c\u8207 MERS-CoV \u7684\u76f8\u4f3c\u5ea6\u7d04\u70ba 51.8%\uff0c\u8207\u4f86\u81ea\u4e2d\u570b\u8759\u8760\u7684\u5176\u4ed6 SARS \u6a23\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u76f8\u4f3c\u5ea6\u7d04\u70ba 87%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2(<strong>Coronavirus<\/strong>)\u3001\u8907\u88fd(<strong>Replication<\/strong>)\u3001\u767c\u75c5\u6a5f\u5236(<strong>Pathogenesis<\/strong>)\u548c\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u85e5\u7269(<strong>Potential Therapeutic Agents<\/strong>)\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2(<strong>Coronavirus<\/strong>)\u5305\u542b\u4e00\u500b\u7d04 30 kb \u7684\u975e\u5206\u6bb5\u7684\u6b63\u93c8 RNA \u57fa\u56e0\u7d44(non-segmented, positive-sense RNA genome)\u3002\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u75c5\u6bd2\u9846\u7c92(.
