structure)\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u8d85\u4e8c\u500d\u9ad4(hyperdiploid)\u548c\u7570\u5e38\u591a\u500d\u9ad4\u7d30\u80de(polyploid cells)\u6578\u91cf\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u7684\u8106\u6027(cell membrane fragility)\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u901a\u900f\u6027(permeability)\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u819c\u53d7\u9ad4(membrane receptors)\u7684\u985e\u578b\u548c\u6578\u91cf\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c0d\u914d\u9ad4(ligands)\u7684\u654f\u611f\u6027\u767c\u751f\u8b8a\u5316\uff1b\u8102\u8910\u7d20(lipofuscin)\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u7a4d\u7d2f\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u7d30\u80de\u5668\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u7d50\u69cb\u767c\u751f\u8b8a\u6027\u3002\u7d30\u80de\u8870\u8001(Cell senescence)\u5728\u751f\u7406\u4e0a\u8868\u73fe(physiologically
