Centrifuge serum or plasma samples at approximately 1000 \u00d7 g for 20 mins. If precipitate appears, centrifuge again. Aspirate the supernatant for analysis.<\/p>\n<p>2. Add 6 ml of distilled water to the dye reagent and mix well.<\/p>\n<p>3. Add 1 ml of distilled water to the standard and mix well. Then add 0.01 ml of the diluted standard to 0.99 ml of distilled water and mix well. The final concentration of the standard is 1 mMol\/L.<\/p>\n<p>4. Add the following volumes of reagent to relevant wells in a 96-well microplate.<\/p>\n<p>5. Once the solutions are thoroughly mixed, place the tubes in a convection oven at 90\u00b0C for 20 minutes<\/p>\n<p>6.
