Abebio<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u4eba\u985e\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u572820\u4e16\u7d0060\u5e74\u4ee3\u9996\u6b21\u5728\u666e\u901a\u611f\u5192\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u9f3b\u5b50\u4e2d\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u56e0\u5728\u96fb\u5b50\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u4e0b\u53ef\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u75c5\u6bd2\u5916\u8868\u7684\u51a0\u72c0\u69cb\u9020\u800c\u5f97\u540d\u201c\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u201d\u3002\u64da\u6089\uff0c15%\u523030%\u7684\u666e\u901a\u611f\u5192\u90fd\u662f\u7531\u9019\u4e9b\u75c5\u6bd2\u5c0e\u81f4\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u662f\u7531\u55ae\u4e00\u7684\u6838\u7cd6\u6838\u9178(RNA)\u69cb\u6210\uff0c\u9019\u7a2eRNA\u548cN\u86cb\u767d\u5171\u540c\u7d44\u6210\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u5176\u907a\u50b3\u7269\u8cea\u662fRNA\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u975e\u5e38\u5bb9\u6613\u51fa\u73fe\u8b8a\u7570\u3002\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u5c6c\u65bc\u5de2\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u76ee\u7684\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u79d1\uff0c\u70ba\u55ae\u93c8RNA\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u5206\u70ba\u0251\u3001\u00df\u3001\u03b3\u3001\u03b4\u56db\u500b\u5c6c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2019\u65b0\u578b\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u53732019-nCoV\uff0c\u56e02019\u5e74\u6b66\u6f22\u75c5\u6bd2\u6027\u80ba\u708e\u75c5\u4f8b\u800c\u88ab\u767c\u73fe\uff0c2020\u5e741\u670812\u65e5\u88ab\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54\u547d\u540d\u3002\u548c2003\u5e74\u7684SARS\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u4ee5\u53ca2012\u5e74\u7684MERS\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u540c\u5c6c\u65bc\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u79d1\u03b2\u5c6c\u30022019-nCoV\u82072003\u5e74&#8221;\u975e\u5178&#8221;SARS CoV\u6bd4\u5c0d\uff0c\u6709\u7d0470%\u5e8f\u5217\u76f8\u4f3c\u6027\uff0c\u8207MERS CoV\u670940%\u7684\u5e8f\u5217\u76f8\u4f3c\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2019-nCoV\u7d93\u904e\u547c\u5438\u9053\u98db\u6cab\u548c\u63a5\u89f8\u662f\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u50b3\u64ad\u9014\u5f91\u3002\u4eba\u7fa4\u666e\u904d\u6613\u611f\uff0c\u8001\u5e74\u4eba\u53ca\u6709\u57fa\u790e\u75be\u75c5\u8005\u611f\u67d3\u5f8c\u75c5\u60c5\u8f03\u91cd\uff0c\u5152\u7ae5\u53ca\u5b30\u5e7c\u5152\u4e5f\u6709\u767c\u75c5\u3002\u5c0d\u7d2b\u5916\u7dda\u548c\u71b1\u6bd4\u8f03\u654f\u611f\uff0c56\u00b0C 30\u5206\u9418\u3001\u4e59\u919a\u300175%\u4e59\u9187\u3001\u542b\u6c2f\u6d88\u6bd2\u5291\u3001\u904e\u6c27\u4e59\u9178\u548c\u6c2f\u4eff\u7b49\u8102\u6eb6\u5291\u5747\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u6bba\u6ec5\u6d3b\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u578b\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\uff082019-nCoV\uff09\u7684\u8a3a\u65b7\u65b9\u6cd5\u6709\u75c5\u6bd2\u5206\u96e2\u3001\u6297\u539f\u76f4\u63a5\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff08\u54bd\u62ed\u5b50\u6216\u80ba\u6ce1\u704c\u6d17\u6db2\uff09\u3001PCR\u64f4\u589e\u548c\u8840\u6e05\u5b78\u65b9\u6cd5\u4ee5\u53ca\u57fa\u56e0\u6e2c\u5e8f\u7b49\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u8840\u6e05\u6a19\u672c\u4f86\u6e90\u65b9\u4fbf\u800c\u7a69\u5b9a\uff0c\u81e8\u5e8a\u4e0a\u6700\u6613\u7372\u5f97\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u4e3b\u8981\u4ee5\u4e0b\u547c\u5438\u9053\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8840\u6e05\u6a19\u672c\u6bd4\u80ba\u6ce1\u704c\u6d17\u6db2\u6a19\u672c\u66f4\u4fbf\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u578b\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2IgM\u6297\u9ad4\u65bc\u611f\u67d3\u5f8c\u6700\u65e9\u53ef\u57283-7\u5929\u5167\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5c0d\u65bc\u65e9\u671f\u8a3a\u65b7\u53ca\u5354\u52a9PCR\u65b9\u6cd5\u7be9\u67e5\u96b1\u6027\u611f\u67d3\u8005\u5177\u6709\u8f03\u5927\u512a\u52e2\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0cIgG\u548cIgA\u6297\u9ad4\u57284-8\u5468\u5167\u51fa\u73fe\u3002\u901a\u5e38IgM\u5728\u611f\u67d3\u5f8c2-6\u500b\u6708\u4e0b\u964d\uff0cIgA\u6297\u9ad4\u4ea6\u4e0b\u964d\uff0cIgG\u6297\u9ad4\u4e0b\u964d\u7de9\u6162\u3002\u7576\u53cd\u5fa9\u611f\u67d3\u6216\u6162\u6027\u611f\u67d3\u6642\uff0cIgM\u7684\u6ef4\u5ea6\u901a\u5e38\u5f88\u4f4e\uff0c\u800cIgG\u6297\u9ad4\u6703\u8fc5\u901f\u589e\u9ad8\uff08\u5e38\u54484\u500d\u4ee5\u4e0a\u5347\u9ad8\uff09\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cIgM\u6297\u9ad4\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5448\u9670\u6027\u6642\u4e26\u4e0d\u80fd\u6392\u9664\u73fe\u75c7\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\uff0c\u518d\u6b21\u611f\u67d3\u6642\uff0cIgM\u6297\u9ad4\u901a\u5e38\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u800cIgG\u6297\u9ad4\u7684\u6ef4\u5ea6\u6703\u8fc5\u901f\u5347\u9ad8\u3002IgG\u6297\u9ad4\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7528\u65bc\u5354\u52a9\u518d\u6b21\u611f\u67d3\u548c\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5b78\u8abf\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2020\u5e74\u7684\u65b0\u51a0\u75ab\u60c5\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u59cb\u6599\u672a\u53ca\uff0c\u70ba\u61c9\u5c0d2019-nCoV\u75ab\u60c5\u7684\u7206\u767c\uff0cAbebio\u555f\u52d5\u4e86\u91dd\u5c0d\u65b0\u578b\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2(2019-nCoV)\u7684\u79d1\u7814\u653b\u95dc\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u7814\u767c\u51faSARS-CoV-2
