\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2(Coronaviruses)\u662f\u5927\u578b\u7684\u8102\u8cea\u5305\u88f9(lipid-enveloped)\u7684\u55ae\u93c8RNA\u75c5\u6bd2(single-stranded RNA viruses)\uff0c\u5df2\u77e5\u6703\u611f\u67d3\u591a\u7a2e\u5bbf\u4e3b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4eba(humans)\uff0c\u8759\u8760(bats)\uff0c\u5c0f\u9f20(mice)\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u54fa\u4e73\u52d5\u7269(mammals)\u3002\u5728\u4e03\u7a2e\u5df2\u77e5\u7684\u4eba\u985e\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u4e2d\uff0cMERS-CoV\uff0cSARS-CoV-1\u548cSARS-CoV-2\u662f\u6700\u81f4\u75c5\u7684\uff0c\u6703\u5f15\u8d77\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u81f4\u547d\u7684\u547c\u5438\u9053(respiratory)\u548c\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1(cardiovascular)\u75c7\u72c0\u3002\u65b0\u578bSARS-CoV-2\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u51fa\u73fe\u662f\u9020\u62102019\u5e74\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u75be\u75c5\uff08COVID-19\uff09\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u5df2\u88ab\u8b49\u660e\u662f21\u4e16\u7d00\u6700\u5927\u7684\u516c\u5171\u885b\u751f\u5371\u6a5f\u3002 SARS-CoV-2\u5177\u6709\u301c30 kb\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\uff0c\u53ef\u7de8\u78bc29\u7a2e\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7528\u65bc\u75c5\u6bd2\u9ad4\u88dd\u914d\u76844\u7a2e\u7d50\u69cb\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u5373\u5305\u819c\uff08Envelope , E\uff09\uff0c\u819c\uff08Membrane , M\uff09\uff0c\u6838\u4ec1\uff08Nucleocapsid , N\uff09\u548c\u7a57\uff08Spike , S\uff09\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3002\u8de8\u819c\u523a\u86cb\u767d(transmembrane Spike protein)\u662f\u8ca0\u8cac\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u7d50\u5408\u548c\u75c5\u6bd2\u9032\u5165\u7684\u7cd6\u86cb\u767d(glycoprotein)\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u5177\u6709\u5169\u500b\u7368\u7279\u4e9e\u57fa\u7684\u7570\u4e09\u805a\u9ad4\u8907\u5408\u7269(heterotrimeric complex)\u3002 S1\u4e9e\u57fa\u5305\u542b\u53d7\u9ad4\u7d50\u5408\u57df\uff08Receptor Binding Domain , RBD\uff09\uff0c\u5b83\u8207\u8840\u7ba1\u7dca\u5f35\u7d20\u8f49\u5316\u91762\uff08Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 2 , ACE2\uff09\u4f5c\u70ba\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u53d7\u9ad4\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u800cS2\u4e9e\u57fa(S2 subunit)\u4ecb\u5c0e\u75c5\u6bd2\u819c\u878d\u5408\u3002 S\u86cb\u767d\u662f\u9ad8\u5ea6\u514d\u75ab\u539f\u6027\u7684\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u75c7\u72c0\u767c\u4f5c\u5f8c5-21\u5929\u4e4b\u9593\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5230\u611f\u67d3\u500b\u9ad4\u7684\u8840\u6e05\u8f49\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n

The assay uses the spike protein S1 subunit as bait to capture anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in diluted plasma or serum samples. Subsequent reaction with an enzyme-labeled anti-human-IgG conjugate and a colorimetric substrate generates color, which is proportional to the amount of anti-S1 antibodies. The presence of anti-SARS-CoV-2 S1 antibodies (IgG) is determined by comparing the OD450 nm reading of the sample to the OD450 nm reading of the negative control serum. A positive reaction suggests prior SARS-CoV-2 infection that began \u226514 days ago. Positive control serum containing a recombinant human monoclonal anti-SARS-CoV-2 S1 antibody is included in the kit for validation. The assay is a quick, easy and accurate method of indicating recent or prior SARS-CoV-2 infection that does not require collection or handling of infectious virus.
