groups)\u3002\u5b83\u5ee3\u6cdb\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u52d5\u690d\u7269\u4e2d\u3002\u5b83\u5177\u6709\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5291(antioxidant)\u548c\u7d9c\u5408\u89e3\u6bd2(detoxification)\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5176\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8f14\u9176(coenzyme)\u662fNADPH\u3002\u4eba\u9ad4\u65b0\u9673\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7522\u751f\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u57fa(free \uff0c\u589e\u5f37\u514d\u75ab\u529b(enhancing oxidized)\uff0c\u4e5f\u7a31\u70ba\u4e8c\u786b\u4ee3\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd(Dithioglutathione)\uff0c\u5176\u662f\u901a\u904e\u5169\u500b\u9084\u539f\u7684\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u3002\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u9084\u539f\u9176\u5c07GSSG\u9084\u539f\u70baGSH\u3002\u9084\u539f\u578b\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u5927\u91cf\u751f\u7269\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e26\u8d77\u4e3b\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5728\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\uff0c\u9084\u539f\u578b\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\uff08GSH\uff09\u662f\u4fdd\u6301\u8840\u7d05\u86cb\u767d\u8655\u65bc\u9084\u539f\u72c0\u614b\u4e26\u4fdd\u8b77\u7d30\u80de\u514d\u53d7\u6c27\u5316\u640d\u50b7\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u3002 GSH\u662f\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5291\u5df0\u57fa\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u5728\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u6027\uff0c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5df0\u57fa\u4fdd\u8b77\u548c\u6c28\u57fa\u9178\u8de8\u819c\u904b\u8f38\u4e2d\u8d77\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u9084\u539f\u578b\u548c\u6c27\u5316\u578b\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff08GSH \/ GSSG\uff09\u662f\u7d30\u80de\u6c27\u5316\u9084\u539f\u72c0\u614b\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6307\u6a19\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6e2c\u91cf\u7d30\u80de\u4e2dGSH\u548cGSSG\u7684\u542b\u91cf\u4ee5\u53caGSH \/ GSSG\u7684\u6bd4\u503c\u53ef\u4ee5\u53cd\u6620\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u9084\u539f\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5176\u4ed6\u5177\u6709\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u9176\u537b\u6c92\u6709\u5229\u7528\u9019\u4e9b\u5e95\u7269\u3002\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd(Glutathione)\u6aa2\u6e2c (\u8ca8\u865fKTB1600) \u5957\u7d44: \u539f\u7406DTNB\u8207\u9084\u539f\u578b\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u53cd\u61c9\u5f62\u6210\u9ec3\u8272\u7522\u7269\u3002\u5728412
