BME\uff09\u662f\u5f9eEngelbreth-Holm-Swarm\uff08Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm , EHS\uff09\u816b\u7624\u7d14\u5316\u7684\u57fa\u5e95\u819c(basement membrane)\u7684\u53ef\u6eb6\u5f62\u5f0f\u3002\u8a72\u63d0\u53d6\u7269\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5929\u7136\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u5916\u57fa\u8cea\u6c34\u51dd\u81a0(extracellular matrix hydrogel)\uff0c\u8a72\u51dd\u81a0\u572837\u00b0C\u805a\u5408\u5f62\u6210\u91cd\u7d44\u7684\u57fa\u5e95\u819c\u3002\u57fa\u5e95\u819c(Basement membranes)\u662f\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u5916\u57fa\u8cea(extracellular matrix)\u7684\u9023\u7e8c\u7247\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5167\u76ae(endothelial)\uff0c\u4e0a\u76ae(epithelial)\uff0c\u808c\u8089(muscle)\u6216\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u7d30\u80de(neuronal cells)\u8207\u5176\u76f8\u9130\u57fa\u8cea\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u754c\u9762\uff0c\u4e26\u901a\u904e\u5f71\u97ff\u7d30\u80de\u7c98\u9644(cell adhesion)\uff0c\u9077\u79fb(migration)\uff0c\u589e\u6b96(proliferation)\u548c\u5206\u5316(differentiation)\u5728\u7d44\u7e54\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u767c\u63ee\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u57fa\u5e95\u819c\u63d0\u53d6\u7269\uff08Cultrex\u00ae \u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u591a\u7a2e\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7dad\u6301\u539f\u4ee3\u5167\u76ae\u3001\u4e0a\u76ae\u3001\u5e73\u6ed1\u808c\u3001\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u985e\u5668\u5b98\/3-D \u7d30\u80de\u57f9\u990a\u7269\u7684\u751f\u9577\u6216\u4fc3\u9032\u5206\u5316\u3002\u5b83\u9084\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u9644\u8457\u3001\u795e\u7d93\u7a81\u751f\u9577\u3001\u8840\u7ba1\u751f\u6210\u3001\u9ad4\u5916\u7d30\u80de\u4fb5\u8972\u548c\u9ad4\u5167\u81f4\u7624\u6027\u6e2c\u5b9a\u3002\u57fa\u5e95\u819c\u662f\u5c08\u9580\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u5916\u57fa\u8cea\u7684\u9023\u7e8c\u7247\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5167\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u3001\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u3001\u808c\u8089\u7d30\u80de\u6216\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u7d30\u80de\u53ca\u5176\u9130\u8fd1\u57fa\u8cea\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u754c\u9762\uff0c\u4e26\u901a\u904e\u5f71\u97ff\u7d30\u80de\u7c98\u9644\u3001\u9077\u79fb\u3001\u589e\u6b96\u548c\u5206\u5316\u5728\u7d44\u7e54\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u767c\u63ee\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Cultrex\u00ae
