gene)\u3002\u8a72\u9176\u5177\u67095&#8217;\u21923&#8217;DNA\u805a\u5408\u9176\u548c5&#8217;\u21923&#8217;\u6838\u9178\u5916\u5207\u9176\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u7f3a\u4e4f3&#8217;\u21925&#8217;\u6838\u9178\u5916\u5207\u9176\u6d3b\u6027\u3002 DNA\u96fb\u6cf3\u5f8c\uff0c\u53ef\u76f4\u63a5\u5728LED\u900f\u5c04\u5100(UV epi-illuminator)\u6216UV\u5916\u7167\u5c04\u5100\u4e0a\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5230\u5305\u542b\u87a2\u5149\u67d3\u6599\u7684OnePCR Ultra\u3002\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684OnePCR
